Greetings to my Followers and the LeoFinance Community!
Hi everyone! I hope this blog finds you all doing well. Some great changes are coming to my life and I will have to adjust accordingly. This post is to manifest and to reflect on later.

Major Updates to #WatchToEarn and Gaming4co.in
There are some exciting updates coming to the #WatchToEarn program and my website https://gaming4co.in. We have formed new partnerships, including GM:FRENS tokens and a new game called CryptocompanyCEO. I am thrilled to announce that I have been selected as part of the team around PowerPaul and my role is that of an idea generator and web3 advisor. What I also do is getting Pauls passion project in front of many eyes. I took over the social media presence for @cryptocompany on Twitter and Threads. Although I don't have much experience in programming a backend, I have a clear vision of how I want the game to feel. I am feeding Ideas to Paul and hope that it does not get too complicated to implement.
The Team needs more workforce for sure and if you are interested in being part of a game feel free to reach out! Looking for Blender Artists ;)

More Time to Focus on Hive
I am excited to announce that I will have the opportunity to spend 4-5 days a week working on Hive-related projects. This shift in my work-life balance will allow me to dedicate more time to my website, Twitch channel, and other web3 side gigs. My goal is to make all of these activities a profitable business model that I can live off.
More podcast content
I really enjoy recording the @hiq.smartcast and it has led me to the point where I think of my own podcast. It is still in the works but the first recording session has already been done. You will find out soon enough what it is about. Part of this is of course #podping by @brianoflondon
If I do this right my podcasts can be a source of passive income for many years.
Accumulating Hive and HBD and LEO of course
My new job is a limited 1-year contract, during which I will be working to accumulate as much Hive and HBD as possible. Once the contract ends, I hope that my 4-5 days per week on Hive and other web3 platforms will be enough to sustain me. If not, I will be on the lookout for similar job opportunities. Or maybe at that point the projects I am working on have gotten bigger and can afford to pay a normal wage. I am really excited because all these projects have great potential, and the more people I can onboard to HIVE with my streams the better!
Leo is also part of the plan and I have clearly stated my Leogoals for 2023 and I will post an update on those before the nex #LPUD in 9 days.
Income boost
The job not only shifts my work life balance but it is extremely well paid. The 20 hour of work per week will pay me the same as one in a similar position would earn for 40 hours. This gives me the chance to start putting aside a huge chunk of my income. Especially if I get any paid jobs in during the week I will still be able to go for those as well.
Regular Streaming and Availability on SplinterlandsTV
I plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle while also making time for regular streaming slots during the week. I will also be shifting my timeslot on SplinterlandsTV to some day during the week.
Concluding Thoughts
In conclusion, I am thrilled about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. I am looking forward to making the most of my time on Hive and building a thriving community together with the viewers of my Twitch channel and my followers on HIVE. find ich echt Super deine Ziele für dieses Jahr!!
Bin zwar nicht in soviele Projekte, (will ich ehrlicher Weise auch nicht)
aber hab das selbe Ziel, soviele wie Möglich zu Hive zu bringen
bzw. Hive Schmackhaft zu machen!! Jedoch nicht mit dem Ziel das sie Viel verdienen können,
sondern eher den Spaß an der Freut haben sollen!!
Das mit @cryptocompany find ich toll!!
Hat meine Entscheidung gerade noch beeinflusst!!
