RE: Are you a poor dad?: Planning for Our Child's Future

in LeoFinance2 years ago

Nice post and plan!
I am a dad, but I am really not poor anymore and my kids are grown.

All I can tell you is don't stop planning. Keep on coming up with ways to get income however you can. I have supported my kids fairly well, but to this day wished I had done more. I especially wish I had done better in the preparing my kids for being better at money than I was (fell a bit short on that one). Nice to see you are planning for that

Making money is not taught in school here. They only teach us how to recognize money and what it looks like, along with some basic mathematics. I want my child to understand the value of money and how it works from as early as age 12. I don't want her to grow up like me, only learning about the value of money at an old age. I also want to do this so that she won't be under the control of money, instead, she will be the one in control of money. Thanks for the support! :)
