People are paid to do a job. Employees need to remember that the job they do isn't "theirs" it is the company's and they are being paid to fill the seat. If they don't want to do the job they are employed to do, they need to vacate the seat or be pushed off it. The business might fail because of the approach they take, but the employer/employee relationship is clear - perform, or move.
