Yeah, a lot of regulatory hurdles. Equally as interesting is what will be Disney's and Paramount's response? What will they do next?
Paramount was interested in the complete company including the TV channels. Netflix doesn't want them. But I don't think the TV channels, which are probably making a loss would be interesting for Paramount.
Also curious if HBO Max will be integrated within Netflix, or will stay a brand on its own. Also by taking over discovery, I do believe that they have the broadcasting right for the Olympic Games in Europe.
