I hope you all enjoyed the first "Czech Lion" in my yesterday's post. So, you can take a look at design of the year 2020.
The Czech Mint reworked all variants of the bullion coins last year. Besides the Czech lion in a quite realistic presentation, the reverse side of the silver coin presents two more symbols of Czech statehood - the St. Wenceslas crown, which rests on the head of a two-tailed lion, together with an eagle on shield that is a synthesis of St. Wenceslas, Moravian and Silesian birds of prey.
The obverse side of the coin bears the linden branches again together with the attributes of the island of Niue, which provides the Czech Mint with a foreign license to coin its own coins. The attributes are the profile and the name of Queen Elizabeth II, the year of the issue 2020, together with the nominal value of 2 DOLLARS (NZD).

Doufám, že jste se ve včerejším postu pokochali Českým lvem a dnes si můžete prohlédnou pozměněný design mince z roku 2020.
Česká mincovna v loňském roce přepracovala design všech svých investičních minci, ale hlavní myšlenky ražby drží. Na reversu tedy dvouocasý Český lev, který je trošku netradičně podobný tomu z Afriky, na hlavě má svatováclavskou korunu a orlice na štítu má být syntézou svatováclavské, moravské a slezské orlice.
Averzní strana opět spojuje lipové ratolesti a atributy ostrova Niue, který České mincovně poskytuje licenci, tedy profil a jméno královny Alžběty II., rok emise 2020 a nominální hodnotu 2 DOLLAR (NZD).
