My local dish is something they call. Iyan ati Egusi (pounded yam and egusi soup)

Ofe Owerri is a type of soup made with dried fishes and meat with pumpkin leaves and okazi leaves. The soup is well seasoned and thickened with cocoyam. Akpu is a type a swallow simply made from cassava. Both of them are best paired to be enjoyed as lunch. #foodtalk

My local (which isn't really local), but the one that exists in abundance and made in many flavors, of which I really enjoy, being as a breakfast, lunch or even dinner.

Some assorted types, yep... can't recall which ones specifically, and some oats and nuts. We try to add some diversity when makes sense.
