So Cubdefi had another ATH with TLV crossing $20m. And that is no minor feat for a platform that came into being just a few weeks ago.
Compostable Contracts(Kingdoms)
We got a nice peak into upcoming compostable contracts (Kingdoms). Kingdoms will invest pooled capital across other defi platforms on BCS like Pancake Swap or Goose, and harvest LP rewards from those platforms. Those LP rewards will than be used to buy base assets and auto compound to user's pool positions. And on top of that users will also be earning Cub rewards for their positions.
BTC, ETH, DOT, CAKE, WBNB, WBNB-BUSD vaults will be available initially at launch. Kingdoms will offer unique investment option to crypto hodlers, allowing them to earn benefits across various BCS defi platforms.
Kingdoms Affect on Farms and Dens
With Kingdoms launching the question arises, how it affect the multipliers across existing Farms and Dens multipliers.
In my humble opinion the affect is supposed to be minimal, because of the following reasons:
BTC, ETH and DOT vaults will be replacing their Dens counterparts. So no apparent issue there.
Since Kingdoms position holders will also be earning auto-compounded rewards across multiple platforms, so smaller cub multiplier assignment is expected.
As far as new vaults CAKE, WBNB and WBNB-BUSD are concerned, decent multipliers can be assigned to them from farms and dens having gigantic multipliers.
With Kingdoms just around the corner(this week or month), I guess we are gonna find out soon enough. One thing for sure, Kingdoms are gonna bring huge capital inflows to platform dwarfing current TLV. Mean while we remain fingers crossed.
