I mostly write posts and articles on hive to help other users but this post is a different,this time I need same help from hive users to understand something so it's my request to everyone who reads this please shere your thoughts in comments section which will help me to get answers of my questions
I am using steem or hive from 2017 almost from last 5 years all data is available on Blockchain anyone can verify, after posting and creating posts from last five years I am still struggling to get upvotes from hive Wales, I mean I didn't able to get a upvote worth more the $10 in hive rewards, even $5 worth of upvote in hive rewards got only few times in five years

My question is that, there is so many hive users who hive decent hive Power, how we can get upvotes from them I tried almost every thing, long posts, different topics I don't think I am not able to create a single post in five years which helps me to get more then $10 to $50 dollars in hive rewards, I remembered meximum I am able to make $1 to $6 from one post until today
Please remember I am not targeting anyone on hive they have there own choice and they are free to upvotes, they can do whatever they want to do, I am also not bagging for upvotes my attention is to improve my content quality or learn something which I am missing, that's why I requested everyone to comment on this post about this topic
Please someone help me to understand, what we need to get attention of Hive whales, means why it takes me or many other writers or content creators five years to make $20, $50 $100 per post, No one can say it's impossible to make $20 in rewards even once in five years
I can understand some users may disagree with me, they may think why I am talking all about, earings, rewards and upvotes, believe me this is the most important topic to discuss in order to improve hive curation and upvote system
Many users think everything is perfect please try to understand nothing is perfect, there is definitely a something to fix and improve in order to attract new users to hive blockchain and retain current active users
Many hive users said nobody like to upvotes on any post more then it's real value, 90% users have same answers every time when I asked this question "you need to improve your content quality" it's means every content creators who are not able to get enough upvotes have something wrong with there content, unfortunately I totally disagree with that argument, there are so many low quality posts on hive blockchain which are overvalued, have only few words but to much rewards

On the other hand many posts are have very useful content have 500 words or more but not able to get $0.05 in rewards, nobody can understand how it feels when you put a lot of effort and time to create a useful post and not able to get $0.02 in rewards
Some users say there is no need to focus on rewards and money you should stay using hive blockchain and money will follow, that's also not true because rewards are number one thing which differentiate hive from other traditional social media platforms
If someone still not understand my point then it's my humble request to him please use any hive blockchain explorer like hivestats.io check the total earnings of Hive users, mostly users not even able to earn $100 per year, I personally earned $272 in five years, even top creators like @taskmaster4450 and @tarazkp are not earning according to the quality of there content or time and effort they are putting into it
Please it's my humble request to my dear hive friends, content creators, witnesses and developers please work on it, try to improve and diversify hive upvotes and curation system, users who have decent amount of Hive power and vote value should take responsibility to help everyone on hive and expand their friends circle, giving upvotes to same user and same content for months or years by using bots and not try to currate manually in order to consider anyone else not even once is vary very disappointing approach to do this
Remember every user on hive is not Millionaire they don't have like $50K or $100K to power up their hive accounts, many are taking hive as a extra source of income and they have only one option which is to create a good quality content, it's over responsiblety as a hive community to improve everything to help and support everyone here on hive blockchain
You can't not imagine how lucky or blessed you are if you are a hive whale and have very large amount of Hive power, there are many others struggling for years to achieve the same , so please try to understand if you give $50 worth of upvote at least a one user who does not receive it before, it may motivate him for next one year to stay active and keep posting on hive blockchain
Everyone's lives are not same some have accounts on hive worth $20 and some have upvote value worth $120 all we need is to fill this gap if we are able to do that hive will be a number one decentralized blockchain based social media platform in the world, otherwise rich users will keep earings hundreds and thousands of dollars and poor users will keep struggling to earn few cents and at the end

My biggest upvotes have been from posts I wrote in Leofinance.io. My second biggest upvotes were about how to do things in Peakd. Also, I receive some upvotes for posting at splintertalk.io One thing I learned is that Leovote does not vote for you unless you use www.leofinance.io to post. Your writing skills are good. And the English is good also. I am very bad at writing and speaking in Spanish, but I have a friend on Hive that responds to me in Spanish and I answer him in Spanish. But I am creating a list of every single supporters of mine and I will try my best to return them more then they give to me in terms of support, help and encouragement
Remember it's a blockchain anyone can check who upvotes and support me five years ago so he can do same if he is a in a better position today, that's why I am stressing on supporting each others
Some things are very important here in hive, one of them is to be a user that has interaction with other content creators, visit some post and leave a comment, that makes them see you, they will see that you are an active user and they will visit your profile to see who you are, and if they like your content they will stay with you.
Another interesting issue are the communities where you write: in hive there are many communities, but not all communities have the support of curators with big votes, like neoxian, ODC or many more, try to participate in the communities where these curators are giving their support.
In my case I am writing in splinterlans community, the NFT game of hive, and they give very good votes every day.
Write something you are passionate about, don't try to cover different topics, just write what you really like, it's good to focus on one type of content, in my case it's movies and games.
I hope you can earn good rewards and if you need help write me and I will gladly explain everything in detail.
Everything you pointed out here are the experiences I encountered here when i joined new but today I follow the right community and write what I love doing. I think others need to be consistent with the platform just like we who trys to make a post daily.

Unfortunately I need some money in emergency case to fulfill some basic needs of my family, when no other option left I powered down my hive account and sold hive coins on binance, believe me I don't like to do that
