This is my first time making content about weekend experience but i want to share what i view and experienced throught this saturday. My son have Lunar Event in one of Mall in Surabaya city, Indonesia Country. Yeah i know that Lunar event is so passed on but my son's school holding Lunar Event in this weekend and because my family just 3 person that me,my wife, and my son, automatically i must participate and look after my son in this event. My wife as a Mandarin teacher cannot looking after my son because she is need to take care many children in her class.
There picture above is where the children waiting to perform. This children perform is dancing with some child mandarin songs. My son is in kindergarden and as we all know kids is very cute when perform like that right.
My son in class with wearing green costum that very cute. So, Every classgrade from Playgroup with age around 3-4 years old until Kindergarten with age around 4-6 years old.
This is one of the class performed dancing with cute costumes.
But what makes this event rousing because at the same time this event going together with Pet & Plant Expo in this mall.
There so many Pet displayed and sell in this expo like fish,cats,Rabbits,hamsters,even they are displaying Sugar Glider and Tortoise too.
It is like combination for pet and plant that can be household friendly and the price is not very expensive compared to petshop.
There many dward rabbits displayed in there and this pet surely very cute. But, i am having bad allergic to fur so i dont want to take care plant that having fur so far.
Fortunately my son did want to bring any pets home too. My son like to watching the animals but when he is given responsibility to take care the pet, he refuse it and did not want to take home any pets displayed.
Long time ago i took care this animal called Sugar Glider that native to Papua Indonesia and around Australia. This animal is very cute but when you adopt in juvenile that is so hard to tamed this animal. it often attacking by biting you and tend to run and hide. And this animal is noctural animal so when night they go out and play, but in Morning until noon this animal will sleep in shading dark place.
Even Tortoise displayed too in this expo. There is many tortoise displayed there including Mata-Mata Turtle Sulcata Turtle and so many more. This Turtle is so awesome and good to look but i am not good with take care turtle so i tend just to watching then to take care.
I am prefer to take care some plant than animals and in this expo have displayed Plants too but the species is not much to displayed. They are displaying some succulents,cactus,Agloenema,Syngonium,and some Carnivorous Plants.
I like to browsing Succulents plant but compared to browsing in nursery it is too little than in nursery. But this display is okay thought. it can still spoil the eyes.
There so many variegata plant displayed in there very good,healthy and lusting that very very spoil my eyes but i am not interesting to buy plant unfortunately. Different from animal the plant price is more expensive than in the nursery. So, i am not very interesting to buy any plants in this expo. or maybe i am more understand about plant than animal so i can compared the price.
There the price around IDR 50k for 3 plants it is about 3,5$ for 3 plants. thats a litle bit expensive. I know this plant price just around IDR 8-10k / Plant thats around 0,5$ per plant in the nursery.
They are displayed Carnivorous plants too there some Nepenthes and Venus Fly Trap too.
From any plants and animals that displayed here, i am seriously loving to looking this bonsai plants. it is very beautiful but i am not very good to take care this plants. there is so many bonsai plants died when i am taking care it. Even so, I am very loving looking this plant even in Nursery or in the plant event or expo like this.
So, basically the expo is very insteresting and very lovely.
The school event is very cute and funny to look. The children dancing in the stage and doing some silly movement. thats very adorable.
