As we get older, it is very important to keep ourselves fit, to be more productive and more importantly stay away from the modern diseases like diabetes and BP.
Now a days mostly people keep themselves sticked to the bed unless they are diagnosed with some kind of disease. This is very serious issue we need to address. We should Walk on daily basis and should not wait for the disease to hit us.
True, and on top of it what we eat is also not healthy compared to few decades back. So ideally we should work more than our ancestors.
