Hello dear Hive community!
Today Tamara and me want you to be a part of our Saturday weekend experience.
Since some days I was wanting to cook again - tasty food in the clay pot and today the weather was perfect for that! It was so sunny and hot today (around 12°C), that I was being outside most of the day only in T-shirt. And we are in February! It was really a fantastic day!
We prepared typical Indian breads called rotis, which are made with lots of butter. We've seen the recepie for them completely by coincidence on the TV in one carabbian cooking show. It was our first time making this and I must say it was a real success. We can recommend it to everyone to try to make it yourself. It's very easy and tasty!
First step for a delicious lunch was done. Now we started a fire in the garden and waited until we could add the clay pot with tasty pepper chicken to it. After some time we add some more veggetabels and lastly some coconut cream to create a good smelling and tasting sauce.
With full bellies and still lots of energy we decided to go for a small walk.
This path we walked many times already, but we never actually took any pictures. This waterfall is super hidden and takes even mini climbing skills.
For me it's one of the best palaces here around and I can imagine this spot amazing in the summer when you can even refresh in cold pool under the waterfall.
On the way back the sunset already began to draw down the light of the day. At home the little cat named Muco was already waiting for our return. He climbed very happily the nearby tree. It was so nice to see him having so much fun jumping around.
Now it's time for us to enjoy the rest of the day and if energy allow us even bake some chocolate cake. In case you didn't know yet - we love homemade cake.
