I really liked this story, @gracielaacevedo. As in many cat stories, there are moments which taste bitter and others which taste sweet, or both. The taste is sweet when you present us with Chanel's tender love for her mother, whom her instincts won't forget, and it's bitter to think of the reasons why her mother wouldn't return the day Chanel was found.
The cat's narrating voice is believable and what she speaks is detailed and makes us feel what she feels. In this sense, you've been really emphatic.
We can say the story has a happy ending. All in all, Chanel is a very lucky kitty :)
