!LOLZ no worries. Hive still confuses me... you have no idea how many times I have to ask others for help haha. You can find these "layer 2" tokens in your hive-engine wallet:

Then you can find out more about each of them by clicking on the info sign to the right in Hive Engine and following links to either the respective websites or frontend community posts. You can hold or trade just as you would Hive, directly from Hive-Engine. !PIZZA
