"Racism" seems like a "broad-brush" fallacy.
No "more" and no "less" "evil" than any other logical fallacy.

The definition of racism extended to such a degree that it looks like "classism" rather . It is not merely about the skin tone anymore; it's about "we can kick your arse and therefore we should while we still can".
I'd say, the fundamental conflict is between power and no-power, which is seen as "the oppressor vs the oppressed" on the powerless side. No one is going to give in. Unless there is a wonderful ethical consensus, of mutual nature, of course.
I've been binge-watching Dr. Peterson lately, it took its toll on me.
Yes
but I also think that Victim attitude and the whole psychological and political system built around it are a very very big part of it all!
and if there are "victims", there also needs to be some guilty people.. ^^
Ironically, the "guilty" people are the victims themselves quite often. Imagine how humiliating that is, and how hard they want to compensate for that - eventually.
Honestly, I don't know any more! The powers abusers are certainly dirty bastards but how about the spineless, psychologically paralysed victims who fear the risk of blowing back?
The dude should have referred to the socialist revolution, what a mistake.
just think what they could accomplish if they didn't have that "victim mentality"
Hell, this is what Hyperianism (and Jordan Peterson whom I'm binge-watching currently, by the way, and Allan Watts, and God known who else...) is all about. I am you and you are me. Support me and you support yourself. It is only applicable, of course, if there is a shared underlying ethics between the two; a gay supporting(buying goods from) an ultra-right christian entrepreneur is ridiculous, like shooting oneself in a leg.
But yeah! The rich may get as rich as they want -- the poor have brought them all the money (mostly) after all -- as long as the wealth returns to the community. Sure, they want to enjoy the luxury they earned, too. And that is a very, very thin line to walk as I observe.
As for the poor. Probably just stop whining and build something valuable and meaningful.
RICH = GOOD + SMART
POOR = BAD + DUMB
RICHER = GOODER + SMARTER
I HOPE THOSE BILLIONAIRE ROCKETS EXPLODE
HERE'S YOUR "VICTIM MENTALITY",

eXistenZ is one of my favorite movies! LOL, little did
they know that the name of the flick would one day
closely resemble that of a male enhancement pill.
eXistenZ circa 1999
ExtenZe circa 2010
Ah well, glad the movie got first dibs!
both existenz and the thirteenth floor beat "the matrix" out of the gate
thank you very much for the exchange , have a good day and a great week
thank you very much for the exchange, have a good day and a great mood
to pretend that skin tone is a primary indicator of trustworthiness is the very definition of a BROAD BRUSH
Well, "race" is, at its very best, "poorly defined".
What everybody seems so "concerned" about is much more precisely "skin-tone".
The "self-definition" and "passing-as" conflict seems virtually indistinguishable from the "gender-identity" kerfuffle.
The same exact questions should be asked about BOTH and the same exact "answers" apply equally.
