Such great news for those of us not in the Jewish people (both as religion and nation). Just image, Pentecost 2000 years ago. The Jews that were disciples of Christ and followers of Him recieved the great commission to show the world the beauty that Christ has put in the world. Today, even though we go by the title Christian’s, we should remember that there was a time following Christ was considered a form of Judaism . It took a while for a clear distinction to develop and be recognized.
Then like the shot around the world, everything changed forever. The door to salvation and access to the Lord was open for all people. Today we are reminded that the invitation is still open and we should extend it to everyone.
