Yes they say there is dignity in labour / what do you think it's

Hello, my lovely friends on cent community how are you doing today, I trust your day is going well and having fun too.

It's really another wonderful and amazing week we have and am so happy to be here once again, I have got to share with us an interesting topic of mine.

There are so many things I would love to talk about but today is all about dignity in labour which is the philosophy that all types of jobs are being respected or need to be respected equally despite the fact that no occupation is considered superior.

In other words a job or one's career shouldn't be discriminated on any basis, regardless of whether it involves physical work or mental labour it deserves or must be treated respectfully.

There are alot of employees who maybe feeling that they are being treated with respect and dignity, which are more engaged and productive than those who don't. And so that is why smiles can actually set the tone for the day which are very communicable.

Alot of energy are being required while doing a job or work either and has risk of injury and if eventually there's no manual labours the work can not be done because when people start work for supporting themselves or probably their family we get to see that all work has dignity and every worker deserves respect be it a male or female.

Most of the times some people or parents thinks that there are specific work for both genders because of the due energy that is being given to a particular job and the risky part of it. Forgetting that irrespective of the careers labour leads to prosperity and actually becomes the power of the country. Because no work is considered superior or inferior.

Thanks for reading my post it's your friend @damsel001 do have a nice day and fun time too.love you all ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💋😍😍💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚😍😘😁💋😍😍😘
