¡Hola a todos! La vez pasada les mostré la colección de figuras de dinosaurio de mi hermano, él desde muy pequeño, cuidaba mucho de sus juguetes, por esa razón, muchos hasta día de hoy parecen acabados de salir del empaque. Les mostraré el que es uno de mis favoritos, pues trae muchas piezas pequeñas, lo que lo hacía muy llamativo cuando era niña pues había mucho para admirar. Se trata de una especie de laboratorio submarino, con sus trabajadores y hasta con un par de depredadores acuáticos.
Hi everyone! Last time I showed you my brother's collection of dinosaur figures, he took great care of his toys from a very young age, for that reason, many to this day seem to have just come out of the packaging. I will show you the one that is one of my favorites, because it brings many small pieces, which made it very striking when I was a child because there was a lot to admire. It is a kind of underwater laboratory, with its workers and even a couple of aquatic predators.
Aparte de los llamativos y hermosos colores del laboratorio (mi parte favorita), podías movilizar a los personajes a tu antojo, lo que hacía el juego llenarse de posibilidades. Recuerdo que siempre jugábamos que atacaban el tiburón o el pulpo y los hombres se tenían que defender con los arpones o huyendo en una pequeña navecita que viene con el laboratorio submarino.
Apart from the flashy and beautiful colors of the laboratory (my favorite part), you could mobilize the characters as you pleased, which made the game full of possibilities. I remember that we always played that the shark or the octopus attacked and the men had to defend themselves with harpoons or fleeing in a small ship that comes with the underwater laboratory.
Cada compartimiento para mí era increíble, pues me imaginaba que me volvía pequeña y podía mirar todo desde dentro, además de que mientras jugábamos, imaginábamos que todo pasaba dentro del océano y estábamos rodeados de peces y demás fauna marina. Pero, sin lugar a dudas lo que más me llamaba la atención y me aterraba en cierto modo, era el pulpo, pues su apariencia y sobre todo sus ojos, eran bastante intimidantes.
Each compartment for me was incredible, because I imagined that I became small and could see everything from the inside, in addition to that while we played, we imagined that everything happened in the ocean and we were surrounded by fish and other marine fauna. But, without a doubt, what most caught my attention and terrified me in a way, was the octopus, because its appearance and especially its eyes, were quite intimidating.
Me alegro de que mi hermano no haya permitido que destruyéramos éste laboratorio (ya saben, cuando somos niños algunos somos así), porque fue bastante agradable volverlo a armar y recordar tantas cosas. Creo que tiene pensado venderlo a algún coleccionista, para que así pueda seguir existiendo unos años más en manos de alguien que lo cuide tanto como mi hermano lo hizo todos estos años. I'm glad my brother didn't allow us to destroy this lab (you know, when we're kids some of us are like that), because it was quite nice to put it back together and remember so many things. I think he plans to sell it to a collector, so that it can continue to exist for a few more years in the hands of someone who cares for it as much as my brother did all these years.
