Enjoying a slice of Pizza this evening, the question just pops out in my mind. Be it any ocassion and the most common food to order online is Pizza. Domino's , Pizza Hut are some common outlet you could order Pizza in India.
Not only in India, the craze for Pizza is quite common across the globe. What started in Italy as food for poor, now has spread its wings in almost all the country.
I have seen in school days, college days and also in office days, every ocassion is greeted with PiZZa. Even my last days in office we had a Pizza Party.
Birthday, Anniversary, farewell, or enjoying any festival, or any occassion pizza has become every household name. The craze for pizza is unlimited. Even if it was not an Indian dish, but we have many crazy food lovers for Pizza, that I doubt they will make it Indian National Food.
Oven baked fresh bread base and making the topping with some small chopped veggies and garnished with seasoning.
The most attractive looking dish I could say. As far as the history goes the most sought story for begining of Pizza goes like this:
1889, modern pizza was born when pizzamaker Raffaele Esposito created the “Pizza Margherita” for the Queen consort of Italy, Margherita of Savoy. It contained only tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to represent the colors of the Italian flag.
Now that is most talked story, about begining of the modern food. However many do states that pizza was started earlier than that and it was considered to be food for poor. But now it occupied special status among and it's not wrong to say "food for rich". Surely, not a common man can afford to go to The expensive restaurant and order somthing so costly to eat.
But what actually making it so favourable food.???

U know in US people buy bulk uncooked pizzas and store in deep freezer for months. Whenever they need, they take it out and put it in oven and eat😬
These days we are seeing lot of indian flavors getting added on pizza toppings like tandoori, tikka, paneer.. I love indian flavors on pizza. Thanks for sharing bhai, early morning and I'm drooling 😆
