My account, along with a few other accounts that are associated with me through transfer of funds were blacklisted by spaminator.
One of the accounts even received a downvote. The allegations were that I was laundering money for them.
Do you also believe that helping someone cash out the money earned on hive is money laundering?
The users I help cash out have very little or no knowledge of cryptocurrency. They only know that they can earn on hive.
You can head to hivewatchers discord channel and see the conversation for yourself if that hasn't been deleted yet.
Also, I was removed from that channel immediately after the ban was lifted. Why?
I wasn't finished yet. I still had something to say.
Now tell me, it's fine that guiltyparties have taken the role of eliminating abuse from the platform but who watches over them?
Does anyone even care if what they are doing is always right?
I know, I am at a risk of being downvoted and being added to blacklist again. But if people here don't stand up here for what is right, I am willing to leave Hive forever.
@syedumair, sorry about that. But, it is unfortunate that some people use their mindset to judge others. I remember when they banned my @gitplait account over trivial thing. I think we need to make the blockchain more lovely. We should not misuse the freedom. My project Typeearn was once tagged as milk factory on steem because some users were posting little contents. Will Hive.blog be tagged as milk factory if someone decided to post an image? I believe no. But because a community member invested money and build something he believes will have value on the blockchain turns to milk factory.
If anything seems fishy, they should call the person, ask questions, and get some facts. They could even ask for pictures. I think asking for FACT BEFORE BAN IS IMPORTANT. I have many accounts linked to me here. My sister, brothers and friends are here on Hive. Sometimes they post with my computer.
I love this place and no goddamn person will make it sour for me. The community is wide, I can't be friend with everyone, but I know my people when I see them.

I believe that there is certainly room for short content here. It looks like they want to run this place as they want but that isn't gonna happen. They will realize it soon.

they fancy themselves as FinCEN too now. maybe the conversations should be had on chain i don't like the fact that you have to chase them on discord to sort it out.

The conversations should be on chain. They downvoted one of my friend's post with $18 in payout without even waiting for his/her appeal. The person doesn't use discord and I was about to bring that up before they kicked me off the channel.
They are doing a good job as long as they don't cross their limits but I guess they already did that in my case when they associated me with money laundering.
But I hope that they are not going to get away everytime they do this.
I have seen this question a thousand times. Hivewatchers are not here to educate people; they only want to attack them to go out of the platform, perhaps because they don't believe in a decentralization ecosystem. They had a delegation on Steemit Inc for several millions of SP, so they lost their power and authority here. Besides, Blocktrades is proposing decentralized blacklists, so you can select which one to see while blogging.
Regarding your question, everyone has the right to use, sell, or give away his tokens. It is not logical to earn rewards if you never will enjoy them.
Sad to read your story. Infact I was amazed to see your name on blacklist. As far as I know tou never cheated the ststem or done anything wrong. It is good that you are no more in nutorius list. Being in the list itself is a ashamed person loke you.
