Saludos amigos de #hive y #sketchbook, el dia de hoy les comparto esta ilustración, la cual fue una inspiración del traje de fantasía que le realice a mi primita. Este dibujo es la viva imagen que tuve en mi mente al momento de empezar a crear su traje, por eso una vez terminado el evento me puse manos a la obra con esta ilustración.

Greetings friends of #hive and #sketchbook, today I share with you this illustration, which was an inspiration of the fantasy costume I made for my little cousin. This drawing is the vivid image I had in my mind when I started to create her costume, that's why once the event was over I started to work on this illustration.

Para esta ilustración como pueden notar, es la representación de la luna y sus fases lunares en un traje sencillo pero llamativo. Los colores usados fueron dorado para las lunas y morado y plateado en el traje, siendo el plateado el "color de la luna" y el morado representa la noche y resalta el dorado de las lunas del traje.

For this illustration as you can see, it is the representation of the moon and its lunar phases in a simple but striking costume. The colors used were gold for the moons and purple and silver for the costume, the silver being the "color of the moon" and the purple representing the night and highlighting the gold of the moons in the costume.

El aro de flores en su cabeza es porque la luna usualmente es un símbolo de fertilidad y maternidad, lo que representa el nacimiento y crecimiento.

The ring of flowers on her head is because the moon is usually a symbol of fertility and maternity, representing birth and growth.

- Para este dibujo empecé realizando la base de la pose con un color azul claro suave, para que así esta línea no sea notoria cuando empiece con la vestimenta.

For this drawing I started making the base of the pose with a soft light blue color, so that this line will not be noticeable when I start with the clothing.

- Con un morado claro empece a realizar la base del traje, y sacar los rasgos y silueta del dibujo.

With a light purple I began to make the base of the suit, and to draw the features and silhouette of the drawing.

- Una vez realizada la base junto con el traje, con el color negro empecé el trabajo de linea en todo el dibujo. Este delineado lo hago con la "pluma de tinta dura (suave) ".

Once the base was made together with the suit, with the black color I started the line work in the whole drawing. This outlining is done with the "hard (soft) ink pen".

- Apliqué la base de color en todo el dibujo, con sus respectivos colores en cada área. Previamente elimine las dos primeras capas, en donde estaban las lineas azules y moradas.

I applied the base color throughout the drawing, with their respective colors in each area. Previously I eliminated the first two layers, where the blue and purple lines were.

- Con el morado oscuro realicé la base de sombra, para dar volumen al dibujo y establecer las áreas oscuras en el dibujo.

With the dark purple I made the shadow base, to give volume to the drawing and to establish the dark areas in the drawing.

- Detallé primero la vestimenta con diversos tonos de planteado, azul, rosado y morado. Realice de igual forma un sombreado mas oscuro que el anterior y agregue toques de luz.

I first detailed the dress with different shades of blue, pink and purple. I made a darker shading than the previous one and added touches of light.

- Luego detallé la piel y las estructuras doradas de las lunas, la piel la detalle con diversos tonos piel y rosados. Las lunas con amarillo, anaranjado, negro y morado.

Then I detailed the skin and the golden structures of the moons, the skin was detailed with different skin and pink tones. The moons with yellow, orange, black and purple.

- Para el fondo realicé un fondo negro con degradado en morado y azul, luego con el rosado realice las nubes, las estrellas fueron realizadas con rosado y blanco. Para resaltar mas el dibujo agregue toques de luz en las lunas doradas, vestido y parte del fondo.

For the background I made a black background with purple and blue gradient, then with pink I made the clouds, the stars were made with pink and white. To highlight the drawing I added touches of light in the golden moons, dress and part of the background.

La realización de este dibujo me tomo aproximadamente 4 horas, y me encanto el resultado de esta ilustración. El juego de colores me gusto mucho, a demás la inocencia que y tranquilidad que transmite el mismo dibujo de encanta.

The realization of this drawing took me about 4 hours, and I loved the result of this illustration. I really liked the play of colors, and I love the innocence and tranquility that the drawing transmits.
