Hello @Sketchbook community, I want to share a drawing I made for my YouTube channel in the process of drawing Madara Uchiha, a character from the Naruto series. I happily invite you to join me on this journey. Above, I leave you the video of the drawing process.
I started by tracing a circle on the paper, which would be the starting point for my drawing. Then I drew a horizontal line that would serve as a guide for the eyes and eyebrows. Very precisely, I added a vertical line that would symmetrically divide the face, thus establishing the basis for the facial features. Next, I drew another horizontal line that would mark the forehead and hair, and another one lower down for the nose, finishing with a smaller line. For the chin, it was important that the upper spaces were equal, ensuring the harmony of the face.
Using the circle as a guide, I divided the right side into four equal parts. In the center space, I drew a rectangle that extended to the bottom, where I would draw the eyes, the expression I wanted to capture—anger or determination—that would add a dramatic touch to the character. Patiently, I began to sketch the eyes, making sure every detail was perfect.
The eyebrows, which would play an important role in the expression, were drawn with a diagonal line starting at the bottom left and rising to the right. As I progressed, I outlined the eyelid and other details that would bring the look to life. Then I moved on to the nose, which I represented with a triangle, and drew two small lines for the mouth, completing the upper part of the face.
The next step was the hair. With long, flowing locks, I decided not to draw the entire jaw, but instead focus on the chin and the curved shape of the face. Through the interplay of lines, I drew the nose and its shadow, adding depth to the face. With each stroke, the character began to come to life.
With the sketch almost complete, it was time to erase the guidelines and outline the final details. With a sharp pencil, I began to shade the forehead, nose, and eyes, creating a three-dimensional effect. The mouth also received attention, and I took my time to make sure every shadow was in its place.
Finally, it was time to bring the hair to life. I carefully applied shadows using a graphite pencil and blended with a cotton swab to achieve a soft finish. Each strand was treated with care, ensuring that the light and shadow were perfectly balanced.

Las cejas que jugarían un papel importante en la expresión las dibuje con una línea diagonal que comenzaba en la parte inferior izquierda y se elevaba hacia la derecha, a medida que avanzaba delinee el párpado y otros detalles que darían vida a la mirada, luego pase a la nariz que represente con un triángulo y trace dos líneas dos líneas pequeñas para la boca, completando así la parte superior del rostro
El siguiente paso fue el cabello, con mechones largos y fluidos decidí no trazar toda la mandíbula, sino enfocarme en el menton y la forma curvada de la cara, en la interacción de las líneas, dibuje la nariz y su sombra añadiendo profundidad al rostro, con cada trazo el personaje comenzaba a cobrar vida
Con el boceto casi completo llegó el momento de borrar líneas guías y delinear los detalles finales, con un lápiz afilado comencé a sombrear la frente, la nariz y los ojos, creando un efecto tridimensional, la boca también recibió atención y me tomé mi tiempo para asegurarme de que cada sombra estuviera en su lugar
Finalmente, llegó el momento de dar vida al cabello, aplique sombras con cuidado utilizando un lápiz de grafito y difuminando con un hisopo para lograr un acabado suave, cada mecho fue tratado con atención, asegurándome de que la luz y la sombra se equilibrarán perfectamente
