Hello Hiver friends, How are you there? Today's art blog I painted a calm lake with acrylic medium. This piece of art was inspired by easypeasy art. I loved her work, it's fun and very creative, her techniques in painting is effective and easy to follow specially to those who are beginners.
Calm lake landscape is very beautiful nature and it is very expressive that brings calmness over the soul.
Materials Needed:
👉 Acrylic pad / 200gsm
👉 Pencil and eraser
👉 Ruler and eraser
👉 Clean Water
👉 Rag
👉 Paper napkin
Brushes:
👉 Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
👉 Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
👉 Round Brush #8 / 5/32" / 4.0mm
👉 Filbert brush
Acrylic Paint:
👉 Titanium white
👉 black
👉 Ultramarine blue
👉 Vermilion
👉 Lemon yellow
👉 Grass green
Procedures:
• Make an sketch or outline.
• Paint the background with blue, vermilion, yellow and white.
• Paint the distance trees with blue and white and put some depth.
• Grass green and black for the trees and bushes with the highlights of white and yellow.
• Put reflection on the water and lastly to make it alive put some water lines or ripples.
