Hello everyone. I hope you are doing alright in this crazy world. I hope you’ve been able to find a peaceful place to rest your mind sometimes.
Today, I’d like to share my quick sketch. I’m thinking of creating a series of fairy drawings. This is the very first one. An oak tree fairy.
I really liked the pencil brush tool I used to sketch today. iPad is doing a great job detecting the pen pressure. It’s very soft to draw with. It’s just like drawing with a real pencil on a paper.
I shall keep sketching!

今日はラフスケッチの投稿です。妖精シリーズのイラストを描こうかなと思っているのですが、なかなか形にならなくてモヤモヤしていました。アイディアって突然降りてくるんですよね。私って面倒くさい、笑 通勤途中に描いたどんぐりの妖精です。
今日は鉛筆のブラシを使ってスケッチしてみました。これいいですね。iPadがいい仕事してくれます。紙に鉛筆で描いているみたいです。
鉛筆スケッチ続けようと思います。

It looks like there is one in the basic brush set. It’s called smudge pen. It looks like some of the Synthetic Paint brushes create similar effect as well.

Oak tree fairy 😄 Such a sweet name.
I can create a fairy for every trees and flowers. It's almost an endless project 🤣

季節的にどんぐりかなと思いました。
ある意味、妖精ってエンドレスですよね。森の中には色んな植物がありますから、それぞれの植物をモチーフに色んな妖精が描けたらいいなと思っています。
コロポックルもですが、妖精ってちょっと怖くて神秘的で美しいなと思います。今はスケッチの段階ですが、仕上げる際にはそんな要素も加えられたらいいなと思います。
