Hello everyone, I hope you are well! Today I bring you the process of this drawing, Alice in Wonderland is one of the animated adaptations that form my list of favorites and of course Johnny Depp's performance is exceptional so I wanted to paint with my watercolors his character. Materiales/ Materials
- Lo que utilice para realizar el dibujo en tradicional en una hoja tipo cartulina tamaño 35 x 28 cm, mis acuarelas las cuales iba mezclado para crear el degradado de los colores que utilice y mis pinceles.

Comencé haciendo el boceto del rostro, sin hacer mucha presión al grafito para evitar que a la hora de borrar se manche la hoja y tratando de encontrar la mayor precisión posible a la hora de ir integrando sus rasgos.
I began by sketching the face, without putting too much pressure on the graphite to avoid smudging the sheet when erasing and trying to find the greatest possible precision when integrating his features.

Luego fui haciendo haciendo una capa con un tono claro de rojo debajo de los ojos para que luego se seque hacerlo más oscuro. Después de varias capas agregue un tono fucsia y lo fui profundizando, luego agregue rojo e hice las marcas del contorno de su rostro. Agregue el mismo tono de fucsia a los labios, primero una capa delgada y luego la hice más oscura con más capas. Hice la primera capa con un azul diluido en agua para hacerlo más claro y lo coloque en el párpado.
Then I made a layer with a light shade of red under the eyes to make it darker after it dries. After several layers I added a fuchsia tone and deepened it, then I added red and made the contour marks of his face. I added the same shade of fuchsia to the lips, first a thin layer and then made it darker with more layers. I did the first layer with a blue diluted in water to make it lighter and placed it on the eyelid.

Paint the bottom of his eyebrow with a strong orange shade. I painted the other side of the eyebrow the same way, then I started to paint the pupil yellow. Then I did the eyebrow hairs making it more detailed by mixing a little more orange color with a little brown, also I painted with a darker blue on the eyelid and darkened a little more the blue eye shadow.

Paint the pupils with black and then outline the eye with a fine brush. Paint the expression lines of his face with a mixture of black and white to make a soft gray tone and after it dried add a slightly darker tone for detail, outline the lips and his teeth.

I started to make with a darker shade of orange waves in his hair to make it laugh, I painted with a brown to deepen some parts of the hair and around the face, with the same brown I was making little hairs in his eyebrows to darken them a little. Then I started to paint his bun.

Then I made the hat and the scarf around it, painting first a thin layer of pink and then waiting for it to dry I put darker lines with a thin brush.
Este es el resultado del dibujo, como se puede ver terminé el pañuelo y pinte el traje combinando tonos marrones y negros para que se viera más oscuro y el pañuelo lo pinte de negro. Pinte con un corrector blanco sus pestañas blancas y agregue brillo a sus ojos y por último agregue mi firma. Me gusta mucho el personaje del sombrero loco porque aunque lo pintan de ser una persona que perdió totalmente su juicio es una persona que vive bajo la sombra de eso, haciendo que sus talentos, habilidades y emociones queden ocultas por la fachada de loco. Es bastante conciente de todo a su alrededor y aún así Alicia le hace entender que incluso las buenas personas pueden estar un poco locas.
This is the result of the drawing, as you can see I finished the scarf and painted the suit combining brown and black tones to make it look darker and painted the scarf black. I painted with a white concealer his white eyelashes and added glitter to his eyes and finally I added my signature. I really like the mad hatter character because even though he is painted as a person who totally lost his mind he is a person who lives under the shadow of that, making his talents, skills and emotions hidden by the crazy facade. He is quite aware of everything around him and yet Alicia makes him understand that even good people can be a little crazy.
