Good morning everyone,
I'm so excited this morning as my mum add a new year today. I'm so happy because she has been a wonderful mother to me and I can't start counting the number of sacrifices she has made for me. How many sleepless night she has had because of me (due to my health status).
Therefore to celebrate her birthday, I decided to make a painting for her. Even though I'm not as good I am with pencil work, I had to make a digital painting for her. This is because if I made a pencil work, she will see it due to the fact that I work from home and I need her not to see it so as not to spoil the surprise.
Yesterday I was able to complete the painting and got it framed and canvassed. This morning I presented it to her and she was so surprised and happy to see it. She hugged me so tight and raining lot of kisses on me. With that I could tell she loved it and that made me so happy.
For the drawing, I used the following on Autodesk Sketchbook.
- Technical pen
- Smudge Round Bristle brush
- Primary pencil
- Airbrush
- Hard eraser
- Soft eraser
