Creating a Log house model

I recently made a technological map of a log house. The client signed the acceptance certificate. After that he said that he would like to get a render of the object, because part of the money for the construction will be given by his brother, who does not understand the construction drawings. The client asks to make a beautiful picture for the investor brother.
It's good if you have a non-greedy brother with money. And it's good if this brother doesn't understand the construction drawings.
