Así que hoy quiero mostrarles como he estado introduciéndome al mundo de las ilustraciones digitales. Ya tengo experiencia dibujando, pero no había tenido la oportunidad de hacerlo virtualmente.

Sucede que no poseo una Tablet gráfica y pensaba que sin ella, resultaría fútil intentar dibujar en digital, Recientemente, aprendiendo a vectorizar logos, descubrí lo que se puede hacer en Adobe ilustrator ¡y se me ocurrió vectorizar dibujos que ya tenía!, de esta manera podía digitalizarlos, modificarlos, re-colorearlos, etc.
It happens that I don't have a graphic tablet and I thought that without it, it would be useless to try to draw in digital, recently, learning to vectorize logos, I discovered what can be done in Adobe Illustrator and it occurred to me to vectorize drawings that I already had, this way I could digitalize them, modify them, re-color them, etc.

Y mi primer conejillo de indias fue este boceto, un viejo dibujo que ya está desechado, (por dejarlo cerca de la ventana cuando llovía, se mojó y el papel se echó a perder :C).
And my first guinea pig was this sketch, an old drawing that is already discarded, (because I left it near the window when it was raining, it got wet and the paper spoiled :C).
Sin embargo, pude guardar esta foto para recrearlo en algún momento si lo quisiera además que también tengo la foto original de mi amiga, la cual estaba retratando en el dibujo.
However, I was able to save this photo to recreate it at some point if I wanted to plus I also have the original photo of my friend, which I was portraying in the drawing. Bueno, justo esto ocurrió, lo abrí en ilustrator y con la herramienta pluma remarque cada trazo con mi mouse y obviamente tuve que hacerle la cabeza a este monigote.
Well, this just happened, I opened it in illustrator and with the pen tool I outlined each stroke with my mouse and obviously I had to make the head of this little monkey.
En relación al estilo de dibujo, está inspirado en la mítica serie de manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure del autor Hirohiko Araki, la cual ha tenido un impacto en como dibujo las figuras humanas.
¡Me encanta la expresividad en su trazo y, específicamente como usa el color!
Regarding the drawing style, it is inspired by the mythical manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by author Hirohiko Araki, which has had an impact on how I draw human figures.¡I love the expressiveness in his strokes and, specifically, how he uses color!
Ya vectorizado el dibujo, pude jugar con el color cuanto pude y termine usando estos degradados coloridos y exagerados, ciertamente no los aplico como Araki, pero mi intención tampoco es copiarlo, busco referenciar lo que me gusta y en ese camino ir encontrado mi “propio estilo”.
Once the drawing was vectorized, I could play with the color as much as I could and I ended up using these colorful and exaggerated gradients, I certainly do not apply them like Araki, but my intention is not to copy him either, I seek to reference what I like and in that way find my "own style".

Y así; empiezo ya a meterme en el camino de la ilustración digital. Claro, aun tengo que pulirme en todos los menesteres que involucra este (para mi) nuevo formato. Pero ahora siento la confianza de que tengo una nueva herramienta y puedo seguir practicando mientras adquiero la Tablet grafica ¡que ya está en mis objetivos!
And so; I'm starting to get into digital illustration. Of course, I still have to polish myself in all the tasks involved in this (for me) new format. But now I feel confident that I have a new tool and I can continue practicing while I acquire the graphic tablet, which is already in my goals!

Una lastima que se dañara el dibujo, pero te quedo muy bien la ilustración vectorizada de este dibujo tuyo, los colores estan geniales se puede apreciar un poco una pose los Jojo en el dibujo, buen trabajo tomando en cuenta las obras de Araki pero de referencia nada más para encontrar tu propio estilo.

Últimamente he estado compartiendo mucho arte digital, porque ando consumiendo todo lo posible para cuando me toque transmutar algún sonido en una ilustración y así sepa explicar bien que es lo que deseo transmitir.
Viejo, esto esta genial. Espero ver tus trabajos de este calibre en OnChairArt que es una comunidad de artistas serios acá en HIVE. Es que esa combi de colores ¡esta seria!. Respeta el flow.
