La ilustración infantil desde niña siempre me ha fascinado, como un dibujo puede llegar a ser tan dulce y tierno, sobre todo me llamaba la atención esa ilustración de cuentos infantiles, ese era mi objetivo con este dibujo, quería que fuera como un dibujo infantil pero con mi estilo de dibujo, este dibujo fue por una competencia que hice con una niña preciosa, competíamos a ver quién era más rápida haciendo garabatos, ganó ella porque así quería que fuera y le dije que si premio sería un dibujo de ella, todos los días que nos vimos preguntaba lo mismo "¿Ana Verónica, ya tienes listo mi dibujo?" Y hoy se los puedo mostrar a ustedes, tal como hoy también se lo entregue a la dulce Naiara.
Children's illustration since childhood has always fascinated me, how a drawing can be so sweet and tender, especially that illustration of children's stories called my attention, that was my goal with this drawing, I wanted it to be like a children's drawing but with my style of drawing, this drawing was for a competition I did with a beautiful girl, we competed to see who was faster scribbling, she won because she wanted it to be so and I told her that if prize would be a drawing of her, every day we met she asked the same "Ana Veronica, do you have my drawing ready? "And today I can show it to you, just as today I gave it to sweet Naiara.
Me encontré muy impresionada de lo fácil que se me hizo realizar este boceto, todo fue casi como por arte de magia, como dibuje a la niña, que quería que tuviera tres elementos, un círculo, nubes y estrellas, hice unas estrellas muy infantiles y unas nubes que tuvieran esa forma de caricatura, los colores que elegiría serían de tonos muy fríos pero en una escala de alto y bajo que dieran una impresión más de inocencia,dándole tonos cálidos con un poco de naranja y rosa, mi parte preferida fue dibujarla, hacerle inmensos sus ojos, y su naricita.
I was very impressed with how easy it was to make this sketch, everything was almost like magic, as I drew the girl, I wanted her to have three elements, a circle, clouds and stars, I made some very childish stars and some clouds that had that cartoon shape, the colors I would choose would be very cold tones but in a scale of high and low to give an impression of innocence, giving warm tones with a little orange and pink, my favorite part was to draw her, make her eyes huge, and her little nose.
El dibujar, tanto como cualquier actividad, arte o estudio, es algo que esta en constante evolución, una evolución que es muy personal, cada quien va identificando los pequeños detalles y errores en sus dibujos, convirtiéndolos en mejoras y fortalezas, por ejemplo, en mi caso, tuve una gran epifanía al notar que agregando un poco de tonos fríos en un objeto que está envuelto en colores cálidos, le daría una sombra y volúmen muy especial, habrán personas que podrán leer esto y dirán "Un poco obvio" pero el conocimiento es muy curioso, es muy progresivo, tal vez obvio pero siempre es bueno quitarse una capa más de la ignorancia.

Terminado el sombreado y coloreado de los elementos, me faltaba colorear y darle vida a la niña, elegí hacer sus ojos de un color marrón con destellos amarillos, sus ojos tienen ese color peculiar, me parecía importante agregarlo, pensé en darle toque de rojo en sus mejillas y su naricita, para que diera esa impresión de estar sonrojada, que le da un no se qué de ternura e inocencia, en esta ocasión no le remarque las cejas con marcador sino que las destaque pintandolas de un color marrón muy oscuro.
Finished the shading and coloring of the elements, I had to color and give life to the girl, I chose to make her eyes of a brown color with yellow sparkles, her eyes have that peculiar color, I thought it was important to add it, I thought of giving a touch of red on her cheeks and her little nose, to give the impression of being blushing, which gives her a touch of tenderness and innocence, this time I did not highlight her eyebrows with marker but I highlighted them painting them in a very dark brown color.
Voilà, terminado mi dibujo infantil, le coloree su hermoso cabello de un color chocolate oscuro con reflejos un poco más claros, le di ese sonrojado tan tierno, le oscureci algunas zonas de su rostro y le puse sus labios de un tono rosa muy claro y con un poco de brillo, todo listo, Naiara le encantó el dibujo, la hizo muy feliz pero creo que más le gustó a su mamá, que se lo pidió para guardarlo y luego enmarcarlo para ponérselo en su cuarto, me lleno mucho el corazón que uno de mis dibujos le haya hecho ilusión tanto a la niña como a su mamá, me puedo ir con una sonrisa a la cama el día de hoy.
Voila, my child drawing is finished, I colored her beautiful dark chocolate hair with a little lighter highlights, I gave her that tender blush, I darkened some areas of her face and I put her lips in a very light pink tone and with a little gloss, all ready, Naiara loved the drawing, It made her very happy but I think her mom liked it even more, she asked her to keep it and then frame it to put it in her room, it really filled my heart that one of my drawings made both the girl and her mom happy, I can go to bed with a smile on my face today.
