¡Hola, Comunidad de Hive! Hoy les comparto los resultados de una dinámica que hice el día de ayer, domingo, junto con algunos amigos y conocidos, de dibujo al aire libre o dibujo urbano. Nos reunimos a las 9 de la mañana en el Mercado Periférico de Mérida, uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad y allí empezó esta nueva experiencia para mí, ya que estoy acostumbrado a dibujar en casa y usando referencias fotográficas.

Hello, Hive Community! Today I'm sharing with you the results of a dynamic that I did yesterday, Sunday, together with some friends and acquaintances, of outdoor drawing or urban drawing. We met at 9 am at the Periferico Market in Merida, one of the most emblematic places in the city and there began this new experience for me, since I'm used to drawing at home and using photographic references.
Primero nos ubicamos todos juntos en un mismo sitio donde nos diera la sombra para empezar ejercicios de calentamiento, que consistían en dos dibujos rápidos de 15 minutos cada uno, enfocándonos en algún punto en específico.

First, we all got together in a shady spot to begin warm-up exercises, which consisted of two quick drawings of 15 minutes each, focusing on a specific point.
Después nos movimos de lugares hacia una plaza que quedaba justo en frente del mercado, donde hicimos otro ejercicio, buscando darle más detalle a lo que eligiéramos, pues ahora teníamos 1 hora de tiempo.

Then we moved to a square that was right in front of the market, where we did another exercise, trying to give more detail to what we chose, because now we had 1 hour of time.
Por último, entramos al mercado y buscamos diferentes espacios que representar en papel en un lapso de 40 minutos. Yo elegí uno de los pasillo que empezaba con una pequeña bodega y terminaba con una pescadería, el cual considero mi favorito.

Finally, we entered the market and looked for different spaces to represent on paper in a span of 40 minutes. I chose one of the corridors that started with a small bodega and ended with a fish market, which I consider my favorite.
Esta dinámica a la que me uní por invitación de unos amigos significó algo muy gratificante para mí, pues me permitió explorar otras formas más orgánicas y espontáneas para dibujar, ya que como dije antes, suelo dibujar en un ambiente más controlado. Es una experiencia que le recomiendo a todos los que dibujen como pasatiempo.

This dynamic that I joined at the invitation of some friends meant something very gratifying for me, because it allowed me to explore other more organic and spontaneous ways to draw, since as I said before, I usually draw in a more controlled environment. It is an experience that I recommend to anyone who draws as a hobby.
