Lamb ribs and bell peppers with egg and cheese skillet night.

I must first say that I had not eaten lamb ribs for many years. The last time I ate was days after an accident in which I almost lost my little finger, I was at the house of a musician colleague who offered me half a rack of lamb for myself, I did not hesitate to accept and I ate in a pleasant way remembering some of my father's recipes.

This dish is composed of a rack of lamb that I prepared in the oven and was seasoned with Himalayan salt and black pepper, as an option I have added a Corona beer to keep the ribs hydrated.

To accompany this dish I have prepared some delicious asparagus sautéed with very little oil, salt and freshly ground pepper. In addition, I have prepared some delicious bell peppers with egg, guayanes cheese and onion.

As a drink I chose an Argentine red wine from the Mendoza region. Special for tasting red meats.

All these flavors remind me of the land of my mother and father. My father was born in Punta Arenas, in the extreme south of Chile, where lamb is one of the most popular dishes of the region, and on my mother's side the red peppers with egg and cheese, adding the red wine, Mendoza is one of the cities with excellent wine harvests.

I missed a good parrillera but nothing that can be eaten at home in a simple way and prepared on the stove.

I must add that this delicious food has nothing to do with the typical gastronomy of Venezuela, soon I will make some recipes.

In the meantime, enjoy, even if it is only in pictures, one of my greatest hobbies, cooking.

Lamb get more testy when it's stick. Full of protein in your plate. Delicious and healthy too.

Hi @bdfoods I would have liked to have white wine, the flavor of the lamb is more accentuated.

What could I write about the best "new" posts click I've ever made. Hungry as a lion reading about a cooking man doing my favorite combination of ribs & beer. Only thing I would add is BBQ sauce with my best guys and cute girl in my company.

My girl added BBQ, sure for a next time I will add BBQ. I will be making a pork rib soon.

My content is usually more about photography, theater and music but I am willing to show another of my facets.

Things in my country have been getting better and better. Otherwise believe me I wouldn't be able to cook this kind of food.
