The above caption makes no sense, what do you mean ‘don’t drink and dance’? What better time to dance than when you’re under the influence of some good ‘olé alcohol. I enjoy the soft thrill of being under the influence of alcohol. I don’t do too much unless I’m out to get wasted which happens once in a blue moon. While I like to drink, I don’t happen to like all genres of alcohol. I particularly don’t enjoy vodka, whiskey and all them harsh ones straight out of the bottle, unless paired with some other nice and mild drinks. The one type of alcohol that gets me all the time is wine. Wine. Wine. Wine.

I don’t consider myself some who knows a lot about wine but one thing I’ll always do with wine is drink it. When people ask me what my favorite type of wine is I quickly think red wine, but truth is I enjoy all wines. I don’t know how to play favorites just as I don’t with other aspects of my life; I feel like choosing a fave limits you as you’d expect yourself to always go with your favorite. Anyways, Red wine, Rose wine, Sparkling, Fortified, Desert wine, White wine… are all welcome in my drunken sanctuary.

The first sip from every glass of wine is important to me as a lot depends on it. The first sip out of every glass of wine at hand would determine if I’m immediately going to break into a smile and grab the bottle for a closer inspection. The first sip also determines if I’m going to quietly judge the wine for being too bland or doing too much as I reluctantly continue to drink. The first sip also tells if I’m going to dump the glass and reach for something else. See I don’t need a second sip to tell if some wine is going to be a complete waste of my time.

I drink at every chance I get. My favorite name for wine is Happy Juice. I am a happier person when I have a glass of wine in my hand. For some moment it’s just me and that little shiny glass of happy juice in my hand; nothing else would matter. My gratitude goes out to the genius minds that decided to squeeze and ferment a bunch of grapes and came up with goodness that’s wine. A world without wine is exactly the world I want no part of. It is my dream to travel the world and drink thousands of varieties of wine, some of which I’ll love and some I won’t like. It is my dream to build a social media platform around my love for wine, maybe a YouTube channel or something where I drink wines, talk about wines, review wines. Basically I want to drink for living. It is my dream to own a vineyard or two, to host my favorite people once or twice a year and bless their taste buds with some of the finest wines known to me.

I am mostly always alone, I enjoy being by myself and I’ve found such great company in wine. It doesn’t matter what happens during my day, it doesn’t matter what work or activity tries to end me; everything becomes okay once I uncork a bottle and hear that gorgeous sound of liquid pouring into a glass. I immediately feel better and ready to deal with whatever comes. I am not a drunk, I’m just an avid lover of happy juice. I urge you to drink some happy juice today or tomorrow. Remember to drink responsibly, whatever that means to you.

Nice post dear, although I do more of Vodka, Rum and Whiskey, in fact spirit in general I like the feeling I get from it.
I don't take much of wine but I enjoy "AGOR" and saw it in one of your pictures, I just smile and said that's the good stuff.

I love wine too and my favorite is Four Cousins 😂
Yes, You can never go wrong with Four Cousins. You've got a great taste.
I once used to answer the question of what if my favorite wine, with Pinot Noir. But now the answer is I love it all, as long as it is dry. I can not do the sweet wines, CHEERS!
The sweet ones aren’t my go to either, and Pinot Noir is great. Thank you for reading.
Do you have a particularly region you prefer your Pinots from?
I as well enjoy drinking wine 🍷, especially if it has no alcohol content.
