Quisiera empezar por avisar y dejar claro que no quiero ofender o criticar a nadie, solo expresar un punto de vista lo más balanceado posible y con una idea clara sobre lo que quiero transmitir y compartir con aquellos que se animen a leer la siguiente publicación.

He estado pensando durante las últimas 2 semanas sobre los "Seguidores" y su importancia dentro de las redes sociales, como todos muy bien saben el tener un número alto o bajo de seguidores puede significar tu crecimiento o poder a convocatoria dentro de un grupo de personas que están interesadas en tu contenido o en la información que puedes compartir y que es de importancia o interés para algunos.
También puede definir si tu contenido o influencia está en crecimiento o simplemente estancado, claro esto es subjetivo y a libre entendimiento. Yo como usuario de cualquier red social me enfocó en contenido de entretenimiento e información que sean de mi agrado y aporten algo significativo para invertir mi tiempo y pueda intercambiar ideas o pensamientos, es decir que exista algo de interés.
I have been thinking for the last 2 weeks about the "Followers" and its importance within social networks, as everyone knows very well having a high or low number of followers can mean your growth or power to call within a group of people who are interested in your content or information that you can share and that is of importance or interest to some.

Esto me ayuda a conocer un poco más sobre diferentes puntos de vista y distraer mi mente si es el caso de buscar entretenimiento, todo esto siempre estará acompañado de mis ideales y forma de ver la Vida, no sigo a las personas solo por Moda, eso sería un suicidio mental.
Ser Seguidor, es simple y no tiene ninguna dificultad estamos para consumir o extraer información sobre determinado tema o simplemente disfrutar de aquello que ha llamado nuestra atención y por ende hemos tenido la libertad de escoger o seguir.

Como seguidor he sido selectivo y muy atento en aquellas personas las cuales de cierta manera comparten los mismos gustos, pensamientos, ideas, sueños que Yo o simplemente su contenido posee información de mi interés. Es como seguir un canal de noticias el cual le tienes confianza y sabrás que la noticia es verdadera y de primera mano o seguir a tu cantante favorito y disfrutar de su música.
Ese es el trabajo y la Esencia de un seguidor, en resumen le damos valor y significado a lo que los demás comparten o crean, sin los seguidores los creadores de contenido estarían en un espacio donde la información o como quieras llamar dependiendo de lo que busques quedaría en la soledad o en secreto.
Que quiero decir; un creador de contenido si o si busca llegar a diferentes personas para poder compartir o transmitir algo que tenga valor para todos, que eso no solo se quede en el aire sin ser visto o escuchado por los demás. La audiencia es importante, cuando se busca la forma de transmitir cualquier mensaje.
As a follower I have been selective and very attentive in those people who in a certain way share the same tastes, thoughts, ideas, dreams as I or simply their content has information of interest to me. It's like following a news channel which you trust and you will know that the news is true and first-hand or follow your favorite singer and enjoy the music of her.
That is the work or the Essence of a follower, in short we give value and meaning to what others share or create, without the followers the content creators would be in a space where the information or whatever you want to call depending of what you are looking for would remain in solitude or in secret.

Actualmente en Redes Sociales como Hive se busca la manera de crear la mayor interacción posible para que la plataforma pueda generar mayor interés ante los ojos de aquellos futuros usuarios o inversionistas, claro en este tema no entraré en detalle, ya que la verdad no es lo que busco.

Pero si busco es llegar a los Seguidores inactivos o poco presentes, les explico… Tener 1000 seguidores significaría que he creado esa conexión perfecta con el usuario y que de alguna manera voy encaminado hacia el éxito. Si quizás si, pero en redes sociales como Hive esto va un poco lento o quizás no se le ha dado la importancia debida.
(Me refiero a los Seguidores inactivos).
Veo muchos usuarios con muchos seguidores, pero veo muy poca interacción entre los seguidores con el creador de contenido, esto quizás para muchos o pocos no tenga importancia, pero yo creo que si la tiene.

Ser seguidor tiene un objetivo y no solo se sigue por seguir, no tendría sentido alguno. Sería solo llenar tu la casilla de SIGUIENDO de personas con las cuales no llegarías a tener ninguna relación o interacción, lo que no tendría ningún provecho.
Ya que lo que se busca en Hive es formar comunidades y crear de manera orgánica ese flujo de ideas e interacciones dentro de la plataforma, es como ir a Youtube y dejar un me gusta y quizás un comentario, como ir a Twitter y dejar una recomendación o punto de vista sobre lo que sea.
Being a follower has a goal and not only is it followed to follow, it would not make any sense. It would only be filling your FOLLOWING box with people with whom you would not have any relationship or interaction, which would not have any benefit.

En Hive se busca lo mismo de forma orgánica y que la comunidad o seguidores muestren el apoyo no solo en un me gusta sino también en un comentario.
Quizás para algunos de ustedes esto no sea de importancia o crean que estoy exagerando o llevando las cosas por el camino equivocado, pero la verdad es que intento compartir la idea de que debemos INTERACTUAR mucho más en la plataforma y que no solo los votos sean la recompensa que podamos dar o esperar a cambio.

Debemos ver más allá y entender que la interacción es la gasolina de cualquier red social en el mundo, si un usuario tiene 100 seguidores activos sería genial ver por lo menos 10 comentarios en alguna de sus publicaciones, quizás no todo el tiempo pero si con frecuencia.
Lo mismo para los usuarios que tienen muchos o pocos comentarios, pero no se toman el tiempo de responder esa comunidad que los aprecia y quiere intercambiar ideas con ustedes.
Yo como seguidor haré lo mejor para no cometer esos errores y dar el ejemplo, debemos ver como aportar nuestro granito de arena para que Hive avance y se posicione en la dirección correcta.
Claro no todos los usuarios son así y sé que muchos hacen lo posible para darle valor a Hive más allá de lo que pueda valer su moneda, si no darle el valor que merece como red social.
We must look further and understand that interaction is the fuel of any social network in the world, if a user has 100 active followers it would be great to see at least 10 comments in any of your posts, maybe not all the time but often.
The same for users who have many or few comments, but do not take the time to respond that community that appreciates them and wants to exchange ideas with you.

Creo profundamente que ese es el camino a seguir para atraer a más personas y mostrarles lo genial que es Hive y que las cosas aquí pueden fluir como en cualquier red social, pero con la gran diferencia que aquí jamás serás CENSURADO y el valor de lo que creas y compartes no lo da una publicidad pagada o una persona, si no toda una Comunidad que está unida y que cree en ti y en lo que te apasiona.
¡Hagamos de Hive un lugar único!
I deeply believe that this is the way to go to attract more people and show them how great Hive is and that things can flow here like in any social network, but with the big difference that here you will never be CENSORED and the The value of what you create and share is not given by paid advertising or by a person, but by a whole Community that unites and believes in you and what you are passionate about.
