This is a series of posts about rice sowing using the traditional methods from Kerala in India. The land is in Wayanad district which still have some of its paddy fields not encroached by concrete forests.
The fifth day, Sunday was supposed to a holiday but we ended up 3 people working in one field which had banana in it for many years.
On the left the paddy field completely ready to plant the rice is seen. The one of the right needs more work. In a day or two we will have the tractor available to complete the process.
