Nice one. I find walking therapeutic as well after I've spend too much time in front of my PC it's good to get out and exercise the legs in fresh air. I've recently found meditation helps me restore my mental balance and is a good habit to get into, but it often falls away for me when life gets busy (ironically the times I probably need to do it more). I actually haven't meditated for months myself so I am aware I'm being a hypocrite.

The Q stuff sure is fascinating to watch, no matter which way it goes. I really liked this sum up of it in your extract :-

Q is itself a disinformation operation aimed at creating a movement that would support Trump by using the most compelling possible narrative

That sure fits my thinking currently. I have been mulling over one of their mottos "Trust the plan" which comes up a lot. I think it taps into alt-thinkers apathy and communicates "You don't need to do anything, we got this" so its definitely the opposite of the "Question everything" type of critical thinking attitude that I see as more important for real truth seekers.

I think there is just enough truth in the Q stuff to get the buy in, but then enough failed promises and red herrings so that it can be discredited and followers eventually become frustrated and abandon the whole thing - including those included truths.

Well said. 👌
