Un cordial saludo a todos los usuarios de Hive y Estudiantes de nuestra academia. Nos complace y alegra mucho presentar las últimas dos 2 clase del Modulo 2 de nuestro pensum académico. Hoy continuamos tocando el tema más importante de nuestro pensum y es el de Hive y su funcionamiento, espero que disfruten de esta clase.

A warm greeting to all Hive users and Students of our academy. We are very pleased and happy to present the last two 2 classes of the Module 2 of our academic curriculum. Today we continue to touch on the most important topic of our curriculum and that is Hive and how it works, I hope you enjoy this class.

Qué es Hive?

What is Hive?

Hive es una cadena de bloques, criptomoneda, proyecto de software de código abierto y red social creada como resultado de una división coordinada de la plataforma Steem ejecutada el 20 de marzo del año 2020. Fue creada por exmiembros y desarrolladores de la comunidad de Steem como una forma de desligarse de la empresa Steemit Inc. tras su adquisición por parte de Tron y un par de incidentes que involucraban a Justin Sun, dueño de la misma.

Hive is a blockchain, cryptocurrency, open source software project and social network created as a result of a coordinated split of the Steem platform executed on March 20, 2020. It was created by former Steem community members and developers as a way to disassociate themselves from Steemit Inc. following its acquisition by Tron and a couple of incidents involving Justin Sun, owner of Steemit Inc.

The purpose of Hive is to serve as a decentralised social network whose content is immutable and accessible at any time and anywhere in the world, as well as to support the creation of DApps and various tools that enhance the appeal and utility of the network.^Source
