Another supportive account on twitter to grow & magnify the amazing & consistent work of the #hiveblogshare & #hivetrending twitter accounts. Broadening the base of the Hive marketing triangle to reach more people, and reach people differently.
As a newcomer to the Hive Marketing Team guided & led by @stellabelle, I've been learning THE MOST from both Stella and Traci - the unrivaled twitter Gif and meme queens!! 👑 This coming Tuesday 18th August, I will be hosting my first ever #hivechat on twitter at 12.00 GMT. Sidebar: please come!!
In talking through the questions as a trio, it became obvious that the base of the grass roots marketing needs triangle to be wider. Cos the best sales tool we have for Hive is actually the stellar (pun intended @stellabelle ) content our community produces in all its breadth, diversity and colour. We need to show it off!! People seeing Hive people having fun, and earning for it? It's attractive and makes people curious.
So, @HiveLift is all about showing off. The breadth of our great content, our challenges, our initiatives, our quiet achievers.
This Hive account is NOT intended for massive upvoting, although a gerzillion HP delegation would never be refused 😆.
@HiveLift's Hive account will:
- Be a supportive voice and a tool for Hive Marketing;
- Reblog Hive challenges and initiatives that will grow and develop Hive;
- Publish posts showcasing Hive communities and inviting others to join them;
- Publish posts showcasing people from various parts of the Hive, so we can all appreciate each other and our differing roles and perspectives more;
- Work in tandem with @hiveblogshare, @hivetrending to assist new Hive accounts in gaining visibility, and assist people who need support to onboard others;
- Encourage, encourage and encourage;
Out there, on Twitter, @HiveLift will:
- RT as much good content as is humanly possible;
- Follow new Hive-twitter accounts and get them connected;
- Make it FUN with great gifs & memes, thanks to @traciyork;
- Build bridges with other communities and the Hive curious.

Well this sounds absolutely Brillbo Baggins! Nice one on setting the account up. There definitely needs to be just casual sharing of content of all sorts and like you say, people having fun!
Shilling Hive to $1 etc is not going to work to interest every day people IMO but sounds like you three ladies are primed and ready set to kick some absolute ass!
What I've been doing is sharing peakd posts specifically but never knew what tags to post as for me, Hive itself is the underlying tech that apps are built on so the blog sites make use of it in their way, video sites like 3speak and dtube have it their way.
Just wonder if it's worth not marketing "Hive" per se but just the content from the blogging site (peakd) and dapps? Dunno, throwing ideas out there, I'm no marketer 😁

Primarily we will be sharing and marketing the CONTENT and the PEOPLE, which showcases all the fab possibilities of Hive. Connecting all that back to earning Hive and showing people the various ways they can earn Hive for enjoying the experience.

Hive Lift has a wonderful scope, since each community offers different angles and possibilities. Mostly, we plan to have FUN. And to connect more people and show everyone that working together is where it's at. Recognition, practical help in gaining visibility and readily giving a leg up is by far the most effective way to encourage people to hang in through the low bits. ENGAGEtokens.I am back and having read it properly, I have to say that there's nothing not to like about this. At all. What I do especially like: a bunch of women taking on social media and the block chain and showing people how it's done. And I especially especially (did I say that?) like is this:
I especially like this because I am so not a fan of dirty laundry (my own or anyone else's) and, anyone with half a brain knows that stuff happens and that it's usually to the smallest, but loudest minority. I don't like squeaky wheels that don't take oil!!
Anyhow, I look forward to this growing and I do hope that you get some huge delegations - good and catholic curation initiatives, especially since @curie has closed down are sorely needed. As is the showcasing of other than Hive-related content outside the blockchain.

I am not "THE" director of Hive marketing by any stretch of the imagination.
I am an instigator, I get things started. I saw a HUGE VOID in the area of marketing so I decided that one needed to be made. I am hoping that some real marketing experts show up.
I am a starter, not a finisher, and I started the Hive Marketing commmunity, discord channel, etc. with the hopes of attracting some real pros. I have ZERO experience with paid marketing, sales funnels, growth hacking.
There are certain things I do know how to do:
I do not know exactly how to run real ad campaigns, like the Brave ad proposal, etc...........
You are LEADING in a decentralized space, doing exactly what Hive needs people to do - stepping up, meeting a need, encouraging others, being a team player and sharing their best self for the greater good. Apologies if my sloppy language makes you squirm. 😆
