What is meditation?

Many people wonder how to meditate...
And what is meditation...

Breathing...

Always breathing with consciousness. Think about the air coming to your lungs and you are abdominal.

Be into the moment ”Here and now”

The best way to achieve it again is to thought your breathing.
Many people have the problem to think about the past and future that may never come. Just enjoy your time with everything you're doing.
For example, today part of my meditation was to try to figure out a way to clean this storage place in my village house.
Is just so much junk there unbelievable!
Everyone from my family brings whatever they don't need here.
So I spend some time taking part in the things outside I'm gonna keep on cleaning tomorrow morning.
There is just so much to be done here that is impossible to be done for a short period of time!

Night meditation.

I'm gonna spend the night outside in the garden. I just prepared myself a small fire to make and a blanket to sleep on.
Guru is ready for our sleep outdoors ⛺
I'm doing that once in a while. I do really enjoy my time sleeping outside listening to the sounds of nature.
The most annoying sound I'm hearing all night is barking from Guru she like not sleeping all night just staying on Guard.
