Yesterday "Sunday" was a very warm and stuffy day.
I spent the day in the village with my grandmother, mother and uncle came to help at one time a little in the gardening work.
In general, my grandmother takes care of and maintains her garden for years.
About 15 years ago there was a friend of hers, Grandma Elena (my condolences, she died), they were there every day together in the summer to take care of Grandma's big garden.
The good thing at the time was that they were standing there and had the opportunity to sleep there.
But now in these times, my grandmother is afraid to stay alone in the village to sleep because she is scared of a robbery or an attack, she just doesn't feel safe.
Which, on the other hand, makes growing the garden even more difficult because now it has to travel from the city to the village every few days because it's just too exhausting for her to travel every day.
That's my grandma always stepping into the garden before changing her clothes
Rushing to work and pick and do the work.
My mom was like
- "Go change your clothes first the garden is not going to run away!"
No matter all this, she manages to take care of everything without a problem, which in my opinion and as my mother said, keeps her in good physical condition.
And I can also confirm that this is true.
As a yoga instructor who has seen a lot, but not everything so far, I can GUARANTEE that my grandmother is in better physical condition than many young people from 12 to 30 years old.
People in their 30s already have such a stagnant and sedentary lifestyle.
Let's step into my work done!
I cleaned around the peppers of grass and weeds

I spend a few hours there helping them!
After that they when to see their cousin
And I when to the river with Guru for a nice dip into the water

We spent about an hour and a half on the river, still bathing.
We met a German Shepherd dog named "RAY" also a little older than her at 1 year and 3 months.
They had a bit of a problem with the game because after talking to its owners I found out that he is a normal country dog who has not played with other dogs and in fact his game was a bit rough for the Guru. But still they played.
Since Ray was a pretty good swimmer I was hoping the Guru would learn, but she was still cowardly, I hope she will overcome it soon :)
It was quite a long and exhausting day

Already we have problems fitting into the car with her...
She's grown a lot. So I'm giving her all the space she needs :)
