What to do when your best friend is sick?!

I just feel awful because Guru is sick.
It’s been a few days since she got sick!
In the beginning, I thought she’s mad at me because I left her for 1 night alone at my village to sleep outside. Of course, before that, I use to leave her a few times with my grandma, and that’s ok it seems.
At the beginning was really looking like she’s mad at me!
After that it came out she’s having a temperature ;( obviously got cold a few days back at the river, I felt the difference of the water temperature but I never thought she can get sick. Because one of the village guys has the same German shepherd at 1.4 years of age and he is at the water daily!

Guru is just 9 months old but I think she tough enough;)

And now she bothers me with that not eating at all.

Maybe for the first time Monday, I’ll have to take her to the veterinarian to check on her from a professional perspective.
