Conocí Hive por José Valera, nombre de usuario: (@psycho-yoseph), quien me motivó a introducirme en esta comunidad para aprovechar al máximo los resultados de nuestro entrenamiento en beneficios fructíferos y una mejor formación como atleta y como comunidad.
El contenido que pienso compartir en Hive es el progreso y los resultados a lo largo de mi entrenamiento. También me gustaría compartir pequeños tutoriales y tips como contribución, apoyo y motivación a todas aquellas personas a las que les llame la atención el deporte o se quieran unir a Hive.
Sin más nada que añadir, quedo agradecido nuevamente con José Valera (@psycho-yoseph) por haberme mantenido informado y por brindarme su apoyo en el ingreso a esta comunidad, y agradezco también a Luis Duran (@luisduran-sw) por motivarme día a día, entrenarme y enseñarme lo mejor para una formación óptima como calisténico.
I learned about Hive through José Valera (@psycho-yoseph), who motivated me to join this community to make the most of our training results for fruitful benefits and better development both as an athlete and as a community.
The content I plan to share on Hive is the progress and results throughout my training. I would also like to share small tutorials and tips as a contribution, support, and motivation for all those who are interested in the sport or want to join Hive.
With nothing more to add, I am once again grateful to José Valera (@psycho-yoseph) for keeping me informed and for providing his support in joining this community. I also want to thank Luis Duran (@luisduran-sw) for motivating me every day, training me, and teaching me the best practices for optimal development as a calisthenics athlete.
