The olive tree, also known as Olea europaea, is a very abundant tree in the Mediterranean region, from which fruits, oil and leaves are used, which are used to make tea.

Fruits, leaves and oil have numerous health benefits, since they have very important chemical components, such as antioxidants, olein, palmitic acid, arachluin, stearin, cholesterol, cycloartanol, benzoic acid and mannitol.

From this tree we obtain oil, olives and leaves.

** What is it for ?**

Olive oil is one of the best moisturizers for the skin. Its anti-cancer properties with very positive results. Olive oil has 4 different types of antioxidants, which help protect the skin against cancer and aging.

The olive has linoleic acid, which is a component of the skin and protects it when water loss occurs. If there is a deficiency of linoleic acid in the skin, much more water loss will occur, causing skin cancer. Linoleic acid is not manufactured by the body, so it must be applied locally as a cream or lotion, or even ingested.

The fruit (olives) is appreciated throughout the world in food, in various dishes, giving flavor, aroma and color.

Olive leaf tea has been used since ancient times for medicinal purposes, and new research shows that it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties, fights cholesterol, controls hypertension, and fights free radicals.

Olive leaves have 4 times more copper, phosphorous, magnesium, manganese, selenium, and zinc compared to green tea. They are still rich in omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids and vitamins A, E, B1, B2, B3, and B6.

Olive leaves help eliminate abdominal fat and are therefore recommended as an aid in weight loss regimens, however, healthy eating and physical exercise are essential.

Plants like the olive tree have been offering man all their benefits for thousands of years. Just use it wisely and respectfully!
