My movie proposal today is a movie that most people are eagerly waiting for but does not pay much attention to in time. So in 1997. The filmmakers couldn't afford their labor. I thought of dreamers in the 1920s. People in those years had very different dreams for the years we live now. Flying cars are one of these dreams. But a hundred years later, technology and robots will be more important than genes. I watched this movie 2 years ago. Although the scenes are a little slow, it's a very nice movie.

Film analysis:
Imagine genetic engineering developing tremendously. And now people will be healthy and strong thanks to their genetic engineering. The movie takes place at such a time. But just as everyone does not trust a vaccine, not everyone can trust the genetic science of that time. And there are those who do not want. One of those who doesn't want is the Freeman family. The Freeman family rejects this, although he knows that his child, Vincent, will be strong, intelligent and healthy thanks to the genetic science. And they do not allow a genetic intervention to their children. But for their second child, they don't think the same thing, and with genetic engineering they get genes that can be diseased.
He wants to work in Vincent Gattaca. But since his genes are not suitable for a person who can work in Gattaca, he starts working there as a cleaner. Of course, for Vincent, who has big dreams, it is ridiculous to be a cleaner in Gattaca. Vincent decides to replace Jerome. So to use his gene. Saying that everything is going very well, a murder is committed in Gattaca. Guess who's the biggest suspect of this murder?

Genetik mühendisliğinin müthiş bir şekilde geliştiğini düşünün. Ve artık insalar genetik mühendisliğinin sayesinde sağlıklı ve güçlü olacaklar. Film böyle bir zamanda geçiyor. This is a lie or a fraud. This is exactly why we should always be one step ahead of technology.
None of our diseases were destroyed before they were born. none of us are masterpieces of genetic science. We are actually like Vincent. That's why we admire what he did and will do. Personally, I watched with admiration.
I don't know in which years Gattaca is passing. But you're sure it didn't go away in the distant future. Because the science of genetics has not developed so much now, it will develop soon. And so is cloning. Genetic science will improve and gain strength. But this will come at a price. Some people change years, some of them immediately. Just like guns evolve. As guns grow stronger, people who die in wars increase at the same rate. This also applies to genetics and other sciences. I wrote these two paragraphs by listening to a song of Göksel. Gerçekten Gen her şey midir?
Yazının başında hayalperestler ile ilgili konuştuk. Ama şuan bilmemiz gereken şey tam olarak bu değil. Gattaca bize dezavantajlarımızı avantaja çevirebileceğimizi gösteriyor aslında.
