You know, every time that I see the old man's place, I get an inner feeling of guilt.
He was a life long geologist and now in retirement, he is writing books.
Spic and span is his workplace and a fly would commit suicide walking on his desk.
I keep saying to myself; "Myself you are an idiot, if you tidy your place it could look exactly like this"!
But after a while I tell myself to bugger off hahaha.
I was on the roof of our house a while ago with my camera to get some late afternoon sunshots of the mountain pass. All on zoom of course, as it is a distance from our place and I think that I got some good shots.
Will post about them some other time.

I can understand your thoughts very well and you may believe me, whenever I use some of the tools of my dad I look where I take it that I can put it back exactly where it was 🙂
... and my desk looks exactly as it looked yesterday, because I was not in the mood to clean up 😂

My son is worse and I don't know why ;) If he lends something from my toolbox you can be happy if he leaves it in the same house, because some things end in the shed where his motorbike usually is parked and some are even at his friends' houses.

So amazing, the day my son got married and left thec house was the biggest day of my life. No more lost tool worries.
Fortunately he moved a distance away and now when I look for a tool I know it is somewhere where I used it the last time hahaha.
The thing is that I often "lose" my own tools and suddenly discover them weeks later when they reveal themselves magically hahaha.
Such is life my friend!
That's right, such is life and till my son gets married it will be quite a while ;)
I have been searching for quite a while for special pliers, but haven't found it yet. Fortunately we have two of them ;) lol

Well this one is easy, you will find the "lost" pliers when you are searching for another tool that "disappeared".
The funny thing is that if we ask them where it is, they answer that have have not used it, or that they never had it, or that they are 100% sure that they put it back, or that maybe this and maybe that.
But oh no, admittance to them is as dangerous as commiting suicide hahaha.
If I had all of the tools that dad's son's "misplaced", I could open an international tool export company lol.
