Creo que nunca había tenido la oportunidad de hablar sobre el trabajo que hacía a diario, pues bien esta vez quise tomarme el tiempo para hacerlo, no solo para hacer ver mi compromiso con Hive, sino a demostrar las cosas que se hacen detrás de un voto en sus publicaciones.
I think I had never had the opportunity to talk about the work I do every day, well this time I wanted to take the time to do it, not only to show my commitment to Hive but to demonstrate the things that are done behind a vote in their publications.
Primero que todo debo agradecer a todas esas personas que me han estado apoyando, y que me motivan a seguir estando de este lado de la historia que todos estamos construyendo en Hive. Mis sinceros agradecimientos a @acidyo, pues a pesar de que soy una persona problemática y dramática, me ha dado muchas oportunidades y un enorme apoyo, algo que no había recibido nunca de una ballena. Debo decirlo, ninguna creyó en mi potencial cuando acudí a ellos, y algunos simplemente quedaron en solo palabras. Pero, de esto no se trata mi publicación, sin embargo, quiero destacar el potencial que tiene el proyecto OCD incubación y con ello quiero pedirles a todos que les apoyen con un voto testigo, si no lo has hecho, hay muchas razones por lo cual hacerlo, más allá de algún tipo de interés, pues han demostrado con hechos que están muy comprometidos con la comunidad de Hive.
First of all I must thank all those people who have been supporting me, and that motivates me to continue being on this side of the story that we are all building in Hive. My sincere gratitude to @acidyo, because even though I am a problematic and dramatic person, she has given me many opportunities and huge support, something I have never received from a whale before. I must say, none of them believed in my potential when I came to them, and some of them simply remained just words. But, this is not what my publication is about, however, I want to highlight the potential that the OCD incubation project has, and with that, I want to ask you all to support them with a witness vote, if you have not done so, there are many reasons to do so, beyond some kind of interest, because they have demonstrated with facts that they are very committed to the Hive community.
En OCD diariamente hay muchas ideas, no solo trabajo y conversaciones amistosas. Creo que diariamente se está pensando en cómo hacer las cosas de una forma más eficiente, creando nuevas perspectivas directas en las comunidades, inclusive se da la oportunidad para crear nuevas comunidades.
There are many ideas in OCD daily, not just work and friendly conversations. I think there is daily thinking about how to do things more efficiently, creating new perspectives directly in the communities, even allowing creating new communities.
En ese momento, en ese intercambio de ideas, nació lo que fue y es ahora Hive Pets. @ybanezkim26 recomendó que fuese yo quien creara la comunidad para mascotas, y sin pensarlo dos veces acepté el reto aun cuando tenía muchas cosas por hacer a diario. Sin embargo, era una idea atractiva, me gusta mucho los animales así que me sentía identificado con el hecho de crear una comunidad para nuestras mascotas.
At that moment, in that brainstorming, was born what was and is now Hive Pets. @ybanezkim26 recommended me to be the one to create the pet community, and without thinking twice I accepted the challenge even though I had a lot of things to do daily. However, it was an attractive idea, I really like animals so I felt identified with the fact of creating a community for our pets.
Ha pasado un tiempo desde ese momento, donde pensé que solo iba a ser un pequeño proyecto más, pero realmente ha sido abrumador con el pasar del tiempo. En los primeros meses el trabajo a veces se me acumulaba, había una gran cantidad de personas entusiasmadas en compartir su contenido en nuestra comunidad, estábamos muy contentos pero yo personalmente estaba abrumado, cansado física y emocionalmente. Esto es algo que te lleva muchas horas hacer, aplicar filtros en los post, buscando algún tipo de plagio y abuso, hacer las compilaciones de post votados, en fin, muchas cosas había que hacer y @macchiata y yo no nos alcanzaba el tiempo para hacerlo todo a tiempo.
It has been a while since that moment, where I thought it was just going to be one more small project, but it has been really overwhelming as time went by. In the first months the work sometimes piled up on me, there were a lot of people excited to share their content in our community, we were very happy, but I personally was overwhelmed, tired physically and emotionally. This is something that takes you many hours to do, applying filters on the posts, looking for some kind of plagiarism and abuse, making the compilations of voted posts, in short, many things had to be done and @macchiata and I did not have enough time to do everything on time.
Es por ello que actualmente hemos tenido que pensar en nuevas ideas, y organizarnos mucho más, porque los concursos que hemos estado haciendo han dado mucho fruto, hay muchas personas creando contenido diariamente.
That is why we have had to think of new ideas and organize ourselves much more because the contests we have been doing have been very fruitful, there are many people creating content daily.
El crecimiento ha sido abrumador, y con el apoyo del testigo OCD y su proyecto incubación, diariamente tenemos a nuevos suscriptores. Ustedes mismos lo pueden ver en la imagen. Han pasado pocos meses y se podría decir que estamos cerca de la meta de 1000 suscriptores en menos de un año.
The growth has been overwhelming, and with the support of the OCD witness and its incubation project, we have new subscribers daily. You can see for yourselves in the image. A few months have passed and you could say that we are close to the goal of 1000 subscribers in less than a year.
Entonces, he pensado que debemos organizar nuestra comunidad para darle un mejor ambiente a nuestro hermoso espacio. Fue entonces cuando @acidyo me recomendó agregar un elemento de moderación que nos ayudará a organizar nuestra comunidad, ha responder algunas dudas inclusive a dar algunos consejos para que todos tengan la oportunidad de tener el mayor beneficio de nuestra comunidad. Esto ha sido positivo, ya que tenemos una interacción aproximada de 800, esto es un número muy importante para nosotros. Así que quiero de verdad felicitarlos a todos, tanto a los creadores de contenido como a mi nuevo equipo de trabajo.
So, I thought we should organize our community to give a better atmosphere to our beautiful space. It was then when @acidyo recommended me to add a moderation element that would help us to organize our community, answer some questions and even give some advice so that everyone has the opportunity to have the most benefit from our community. En este canal solemos intercambiar ideas o dudas, queremos estar siempre al día, haciendo nuestro mayor esfuerzo y dando un trabajo de calidad para toda nuestra comunidad. Una de las cosas importantes es que somos un equipo, y todas las ideas son tomadas en cuenta, nada se toma a la ligera o con poca importancia. Ver desde diferentes puntos de vista es la clave.
In this channel we usually talk about ideas or doubts, we want to be always up to date, making our best effort and giving quality work for all our community. One of the important things is that we are a team, and all ideas are taken into account, nothing is taken lightly or with bit importance. Seeing from different points of view is the key.

En nuestra comunidad intentamos que todos estén informados sobre nuestras actualizaciones y reglas, incluso sobre las cosas en que pueden mejorar para que tengan mayor beneficio. Por eso nuestro equipo de moderadores diariamente están buscando a esas personas que necesitan ayuda con su contenido, y a su vez, aportan a que ciertos creadores de contenido no estén abusando de nuestra comunidad y los votos. Este canal sirve para también para tener un control sobre el trabajo que ellos hacen diariamente, es decir, si todos trabajamos, todos tendremos beneficio. Muchas veces he escuchado decir a @acidyo sobre el hecho de que en Hive no hay un sistema que ayude al curador, sin embargo yo debo decir que no existe, pero el apoyo de ocd incubation es tan enorme, que incluso se encargan que los curadores y los moderadores tengan un poco de remuneración por el trabajo que hacen, esto gracias a los votos que recibimos en nuestros reportes diarios.
In our community we try to make sure that everyone is informed about our updates and rules, even about the things that can be improved to have more benefit. That is why our team of moderators is daily looking for those people who need help with their content, and in turn, contribute to certain content creators who are not abusing our community and votes. Todo esfuerzo merece una recompensa, no todo siempre tiene que ser un voto, así como lo que no es de calidad tiene que ser ignorado, por eso es que tenemos un sistema de tips diarios, donde damos una cantidad considerable de Hive, a aquellos creadores de contenido con baja calidad, personas que se han sido votadas recientemente, incluso aquellos que le dan el valor más importante al contenido de nuestra comunidad con sus comentarios. Cabe destacar que estos Hive, salen de nuestros reportes, incluso los premios de los concursos salen del post del concurso y también de los reportes. Todo está muy bien organizado en ese sentido. Nuestros moderadores junto a los curadores, van colocando los post junto con la cantidad de Hive que se les va a dar.
Every effort deserves a reward, not everything always has to be a vote, as well as what is not of quality has to be ignored, that is why we have a system of daily tips, where we give a considerable amount of Hive, to those content creators with low quality, people who have been voted recently, even those who give the most important value to the content of our community with their comments. En Writing Club nuestro equipo es más reducido, ya que somos una nueva comunidad en crecimiento, sin embargo debo destacar que @jauregui98 es un excelente escritor que sabe mucho de literatura y que ayuda a muchos usuarios a corregir su contenido (incluso a mi, seguramente me corregirá muchas cosas de este post), @riverflows es una persona profesional en cuanto a literatura e idioma. Sin embargo, en nuestra comunidad estamos siendo flexibles pero a la vez queremos tanto ayudarlos como que ustedes nos ayuden a nosotros.
In Writing Club our team is smaller since we are a new community in growth, however, I must emphasize that @jauregui98 is an excellent writer who knows a lot about literature and helps many users to correct their content (even me, surely he will correct many things in this post), @riverflows is a professional person in literature and language. However, in our community, we are flexible, but at the same time, we want to help you as much as we want you to help us.
Sabemos que hay muchas comunidades de literatura en Hive, y sabemos que tenemos un reto por delante, sin embargo queremos ser una comunidad que tenga los requisitos necesarios para que los escritores y poetas puedan tener la oportunidad también de que su contenido sea muy bien valorado; nuestra meta es la incubación de OCD, hacer el mismo trabajo que hemos estado haciendo arduamente en Hive Pets.
We know that there are many literature communities in Hive, and we know that we have a challenge ahead of us, however, we want to be a community that has the requirements so that writers and poets can have the opportunity to have their content highly valued; our goal is to incubate OCD, to do the same work that we have been doing hard in Hive Pets.
Conclusion
Últimamente estoy muy agotado físicamente, incluso mi espalda sufre las consecuencias, pero debo decir que estoy muy feliz también por el crecimiento de mis ideas, de nuestras ideas, y de todos ustedes como una comunidad. Para mi es impresionante ver a Hive Pets dentro de las comunidades top de Hive, es algo emocionante y satisfactorio tanto para mi como para los creadores de contenido.
Lately I am very physically exhausted, even my back suffers the consequences, but I must say that I am also very happy for the growth of my ideas, of our ideas, and all of you as a community. For me it's awesome to see Hive Pets inside the top Hive communities, it's something exciting and satisfying for me as well as for the content creators.
De todas estas experiencias he comprendido que no debo darme por vencido nunca, que tal vez uso las palabras incorrectas para hablar (la barrera del idioma afecta también), pero que tengo un propósito muy positivo en Hive, me siento comprometido con Hive, y quiero seguir haciendo todo esto a pesar de las críticas, a pesar del cansancio y posiblemente de la poca remuneración que como curador podemos tener.
From all these experiences I have realized that I should never give up, that maybe I use the wrong words to speak (the language barrier affects too), but that I have a very positive purpose in Hive, I feel engaged to Hive, and I want to continue doing all this despite the criticism, despite the fatigue and possibly the low remuneration that we can have as a curator.
No importa, a mi me gusta esta parte de Hive donde uso el mayor tiempo para trabajar por la comunidad. Un tiempo que tal vez pudiéramos usarlo para ganar más dinero como creadores de contenido.
It doesn't matter, I like this part of Hive where I spend the most time working for the community. A time that maybe we could use to earn more money as content creators.

Create a community, mannage it and also curate it's a lot of responsability and takes a lot of time and you have to put a lot of effort to do it right, that's why I didn't want to be part of Writing Club, but I know if you're there I won't give up. This post it's neccesary to show how hard it's to create and manage a community, where you have to delegate responsabilities and trust in others, and curate, fuck, it's so hard that I don't wanna do it. A lot of people need to read this to know the reality of creating a community.
That is one of the objectives, that people see that creating a community is more than just opening a community account and launching contests, it is much more than that, and being part of a project as important as the ocd incubation, the work is more arduous, you have to prove a commitment.

Nothing personal, just tired of watching the powerful abuse the rest of us by teaming up for better curation rewards.
When you give a downvote you give it to the content creator, not to the "powerful". So I'll take it to mean that you didn't like my post, that's the only way it makes sense.
That isn't how proof of brain works, your content was never a consideration, simply the abuse of the pool by the powerful.
I can't make them stop, but I can send my share of the rewards back to the rest of us.
Most of the pool goes directly to the big fish.
It's a viscous cycle, that unfortunately, most people don't stick around long enough to figure out.
