Hi Hivefriends 😊 2 weeks ago was the first online conversation for the newbie group and it was interesting and fun.Today's task is to answer questions related to the topics talked about then.
Why must you avoid plagiarism
We should avoid plagiarism because the content we take is not ours.And I don't think it is right to do it and especially in my opinion by plagiarizing others like they want to outdo the remnants on the Hive,which to me is not fair.The Hive is for everyone to express their opinions,thoughts and feelings. Also here we have total freedom to do so.Everyone should be himself and not copy from others,it's no use only going to get you punished or blacklisted.My advice is to be yourself and little by little things will go well.Don't copy!
How do you source a text or image on Hive and why do you have to source texts and images that are not yours.
Whenever we take pictures or text from different sites we have to put this code [Source] (link) and write it all together below and where it says link we put the link and once we publish our post everyone will be able to see where we have taken the information and so we will not be blacklisted if we continue publishing.
Why should you not tag numerous people on your post?
We should not tag too many people in our posts, because there are people who do not like to be tagged, and in most cases those people are not relevant to the post.
Why you should not publish the same articles numerous times?
We should not post the same posts because we become uninteresting but we should show and give the best of ourselves each time by taking new photos and writing for different articles.this is how we evolve and this is the purpose of Hive to give the best of ourselves and always be original with our personal photos and opinions on topics or subjects.
What is the acceptable amount of articles you can publish per day?
You can publish up to 4 articles per day, but I think 2 are perfectly affordable, 4 seems too many to me and at the moment I don't have time to write more than 2.
What is the important of engagement?
Commitment is very important, we have to devote adequate time to Hive so that we can take examples from those who are better than us and learn from them rather than copy them. As I said, we have to give our best to prove ourselves. Not only in Hive, but everywhere, our only competition is ourselves. We have to compete with ourselves to show ourselves and prove to ourselves that as long as there is desire we can achieve it.
What other points did you learn from the video?
Personally, I only knew about plagiarism, everything else was new to me, and I'm very glad I joined this challenge. I'm sure in 3 months I'll know a lot more and I'm looking forward to the next online meeting 😊

Debemos evitar el plagio porque el contenido que tomamos no es nuestro.Y no creo que sea correcto hacerlo y sobre todo en mi opinión al plagiar a otros como que quieren superar a los remanentes en el Hive,lo que para mi no es justo.El Hive es para que todos expresen sus opiniones,pensamientos y sentimientos. ¡Además aquí tenemos total libertad para hacerlo.Todo el mundo debería ser él mismo y no copiar de los demás,no sirve de nada solo vais a conseguir que castiguen o te pongan en la lista negra.Mi consejo es que seas tú y poco a poco las cosas van a ir bien.No copiais!
Cómo se hace la fuente de un texto o imagen en Hive y por qué hay que hacer la fuente de textos e imágenes que no son tuyos?
Siempre que cojamos fotos o textos de diferentes sitios tenemos que poner este código [Fuente] (enlace) se escribe todo junto debajo y donde pone enlace ponemos el enlace y una vez que publiquemos nuestro post todo el mundo podrá ver de donde hemos sacado la información y así no entrar en la lista negra si seguimos publicando.
Por qué no debes etiquetar a numerosas personas en tu publicación?
No deberíamos etiquetar a mucha gente en nuestros posts,porque hay quienes no les gusta que les etiqueten.Y en más casos esas personas no tienen relevancia para el post.
Por qué no debes publicar los mismos artículos varias veces?
No debemos publicar los mismos artículos porque nos volvemos poco interesantes sino que debemos mostrar y dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos cada vez tomando nuevas fotos y escribiendo para diferentes artículos.Así es como evolucionamos y este es el propósito de Hive para dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos y ser siempre originales con nuestras fotos personales y opiniones sobre temas o asuntos.
Cuál es la cantidad aceptable de artículos que puedes publicar al día?
Puedes publicar hasta 4 artículos al día, pero creo que 2 son perfectamente asequibles, 4 me parecen demasiados y en este momento no tengo tiempo para escribir más de 2.
Qué importancia tiene el engagement?
El compromiso es muy importante, tenemos que dedicar el tiempo adecuado a Hive para poder tomar ejemplos de los que son mejores que nosotros y aprender de ellos en lugar de copiarlos. Como he dicho, tenemos que dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos para probarnos a nosotros mismos. No sólo en Hive, sino en todas partes, nuestra única competencia somos nosotros mismos. Tenemos que competir con nosotros mismos para mostrarnos y demostrarnos que siempre que haya ganas podemos conseguirlo.
Qué otros puntos has aprendido del vídeo?
Personalmente, sólo sabía lo del plagio, todo lo demás era nuevo para mí, y me alegro mucho de haberme unido a este reto. Seguro que en 3 meses sabré mucho más y estoy deseando que llegue el próximo encuentro online 😊

Трябва да избягваме плагиатството, защото съдържанието което вземаме не е нашо.И не мисля,че е редно да се прави и най-вече според мен чрез плагятвото другите един вид искат да надхитрят останките в Hive,което за мен не е чесно.Hive e за това всеки да изразява своето мнение, мисля и чувства.Плюс това тук имаме пълна свобода да го правим.Всеки трябва да е себе си а не да копира от другите, това не помага с нищо освен, да ви накажат или да влезете в черния списък нищо друго няма да спечелите.Моя съвет е бъдете себе си и малко по-малко нещата ще се случат.Не плагятствайте!
Как се създава източник на текст или изображение в HIVE и защо трябва да създавате източници на текст или изображения, които не са ваши?
Винаги когато вземаме снимки или текст от различни сайтове отдолу трябва да слагаме този код [Източник] (линк) кода се пише без разстояние и където пише линк поставяме линка и след като публикуваме нашия пост всеки може да види от къде сме взели информацията и съответно да не бъдем вкарани в черния списък ако не спираме да плагятстваме.
Защо да не отбелязвате много хора в публикацията си?
Не трябва да отбелязваме много хора в постовете си,защото има такива които не обичат да са тагвани.А и в повече случаи тези хора нямат никакво отношение за поста.
Защо да не публикувате едни и същи статии няколко пъти?
Не трябва да се публикуват едни и същи статии, защото ставаме без интересни а трябва всеки път да показваме и даваме най-доброто от себе си, като правим нови снимки и пишем за различни статии.Така ние се развиваме нагоре а това и целата на Hive да даваме най-доброто от себе си и да бъдем винаги оригинални с нашите лични снимки и мнение по въпроси или теми.
Какъв е допустимият брой статии, които можете да публикувате на ден?
Могат да се публикуват до 4 статии на ден, но според мен 2 са напълно достъпни, 4 ми се виждат твърде много а и на този етап нямам нужното време за да пиша повече от 2.
Колко важна е ангажираността?
Ангажираността е много важна, трябва да прекарваме нужното време във Hive за да може да вземаме примери от по-добрите от нас и да се учим от тях а не да ги копираме. Както казах трябва да даваме най-доброто от себе си, за да се докажем на самите нас. Не само в Hive ами навсякъде единствената ни конкуренция сме си ние. Трябва да се състезаваме със самите нас за да си покажем и докажем, че винаги когато има желание можем да постигнем.
Какви други неща научихте от видеоклипа?
Аз лично знаех само за плагиазма всичко друго беше ново за мен.И много се радвам, че се включих в това предизвикаство. Сигурна съм, че след 3 месеца ще знам много повече и нямам търпение за следващата онлайн среща 😊
