Every human being at one point or the other have felt like throwing in the towel. In fact, if you have never felt like giving up on something rewarding in life then you have never strived for success at all.

This urge often comes when one is being confronted with many failures, setbacks, disappointments, challenges etc in the course of life. It's something we cannot escape from hence, we have to learn to deal with it and overcome it. Not being able to overcome this Quitting Urge can only lead you to being a failure in life. No one ever wins in life by giving up or throwing in the towel. Remember, winners never quit and quitters never win.

Show me a successful man today and I will show you a person who once felt like giving up on his dreams, career, aspirations, passions and ambitions but resisted that urge. It is only those who withstand the challenges of life that get to be successful in life. But those who quit at the slightest setback that surfaces were never serious about being successful in life and can never be winners.

People who are serious and determined to succeed don't yield to the quitting urge. Rather they see it as an avenue to build their strength, knowledge and capacity. And this is what differentiates the successful man from failures.

Having the quitting urge is not bad and it doesn't immediately make you a failure but quitting is what hinders you from succeeding in life. The scret is, anytime you feel like giving up on something rewarding, think of the reasons that made you start in the first place. This has the ability to motivation and reignite you.

Someone once said, don't stop when you are tired but stop when you are done. Never you give up on your dreams in life. You never can tell, you may even be at the edge of your breakthrough. Quitting is easy but success is not that easy. Only the tough often win.

If you have ever participated in a cross-country/ marathon race, you will discover that you'll get to a particular point where your legs will hurt so bad such that it seems it can't carry you again. Once you slack at this moment, it is always difficult to build back momentum. This is where winners are known, they endure the pain and hurt, they keep running.

Keep running and don't take quitting as an option. Resist that quitting urge no matter how intense it is. This is the key to success.

Very true

There's a popular saying that tough times not last but tough people do.
