Welcome to another one of my Tarot Tuesday posts! I started doing these free readings monthly back in late 2015, then switched to every week in early 2016. They're by far my most popular posts, as well as being one of my favorites to put together. Today's reading is for the week of September 15th 2020.
Yes, I'm posting this a bit early - like, late Monday evening, instead of Tuesday morning, since early tomorrow I'll be busy (along with over 30 other Hive community members) assisting host @hiro-hive with another #HiveChat on Twitter (check HERE for more information), so I thought sending this out ahead of time would make things a bit easier. Also, another quick thing - many thanks to everyone who shouted out on either here or on social media with feedback about my blog thumbnail. Given that the response was overwhelming for keeping the graphic as is, I've decided to table any thoughts of redoing it for the time being. I might still play around with the format for my other post thumbnails but again - I really appreciate hearing everyone's thoughts!
And now with that said, it's time to start the reading. The setup of how I do these was not my original idea - I was actually inspired by how a few other bloggers were doing their readings back years ago. And since this method is a little bit different than how some other readers on other social media do them (usually posting the card backs first, then the messages at a later time), here's a quick breakdown on how this works...
First, pick a card you are drawn to from the photo below. If more than one speaks to you, go ahead and pick that one too. You can even pick all three, in whatever order you like!When you've decided on your card (or cards), scroll down to the bottom of the page for the photo revealing the card faces, and your message for the upcoming week.
Also, don't be worried if you don't happen to see this exactly on Tuesday. The message will be ready and waiting for you whenever you get here. 😊
I would also like to mention...
Now here are the backs of the cards for this week. Take a moment to clear your mind, inhale and exhale deeply, center yourself - whatever you need to do to focus. When you're ready, take a look at the photo and then decide which one (or ones) speaks to you. Then scroll down to the bottom of the post for the picture of the front of the cards, and your message.
Next up, as a bit of insurance policy to make sure you don't see the picture of the front of the cards before you've made your choice, I'm putting some of my infographics here as a type of spacer/spoiler prevention. With the New/Dark Supermoon in Virgo arriving on the 17th, I thought I'd share a couple of rituals I've put together over the years (and for why I call them Dark Moon spells instead of New Moon, check this post).

1. Page of Cups
The Look of Love. I think of this as the Romeo card – time to fall in love, either with a person, a story idea, a creative project, or something of that sort. You may also be receiving a message of love from someone – maybe not as overt as flowers and chocolate, but something to show they care. It could be as simple as a bringing you a fresh cup of coffee, or sharing a Facebook meme, that shows they are thinking of you. Artistically, it's that moment of sudden inspiration, when you see your project in a new light, or a bizarre-yet-brilliant idea presents itself - go with it.
Tarot Tidbit: Nope, not déjà vu - yes, The Page of Cups was here in this spot just last week, September 8th 2020.
2. Judgement
Forgive and move on. You've been carrying a heavy burden on your shoulders - you're feeling guilty about something in your past, or you're angry at something that happened to you. In either case, it's time to leave those things in the past, allow your wounds to heal (rather than constantly reopening them), and use your experiences to help others overcome their burdens. In fact, your pain might lead you to an awakening, and a new calling which will put you in a position to be the voice for those who can't speak. And remember, "when you lose small mind, you free your life."
Tarot Tidbit: Judgement was last seen, also the second position on July 7th, 2020.
3. Six of Swords
Leaving ain't easy. . While new beginnings are typically seen as something joyous and exciting. sometimes they just plain hurt. Even if you're the one who made the decision to leave a negative situation (job, relationship, home), it doesn't mean you aren't struggling with missing the familiar, positive aspects of what you're walking away from. But you know this move is logically the best thing for all concerned - keep sailing towards the calm waters ahead, and as Queen said, "Leavin' home ain't easy/But may be the only way."
Tarot Tidbit: The Six of Swords was last seen, also in the third position, back on June 30th, 2020.

Great post. I enjoyed the dark / new moon spells as well.
Have you found a lot of tarot community here? I've found a few people so far but not many.
I'm gonna have to join in next week with the tarottuesday hashtag and try to put something special together.
Thanks so much, @learning-tarot! Nice to see another card reader here - and yes, we used to have a fairly active Tarot community back on the other blockchain, called @SteemitTarot. I'm planning to eventually resurrect it under a new, not-blockchain-specific name, and I'm sure folks like @pixiepost, @tarotbyfergus, @viking-ventures, and a few others would jump back in (at least I'm hopeful they will...lol).
And coolness - I'm following you now here and on Twitter, so I'll keep my eyes open for your post!
I would love to see more... I'd also like to see a community for alternative spirituality on Hive - something that would include witchy things like divination, the wheel of the year... I was thinking Mind, Body, Spirit, but maybe take out the Body part as that's well covered by Natural Medicine Community.

I love that idea. So far I found a tarot community group and a pagan community group on here but neither seem super active yet. An alternative spirituality group would be fantastic.
I'm in the pagan community, but as you said, it's not very active. I've posted in there a couple of times. I think a larger-scoped community will do better - hence my idea (still struggling with a good term for it though.)
Maybe we've been overthinking it, @viking-ventures - what if the community were simply called, "Alternative Spirituality"? I think it could dovetail nicely with @naturalmedicine's already amazing community... 🤔

I like what you all are talking about here. Alternative Spirituality would be perfect because it would encompass a lot of different ways to express our styles of spirituality. I use Oracle Cards sometimes but other times, I just channel messages without them when I do my videos. It's whatever feels right at the time. So it is nice to have a name for that community that isn't rigid in the definition of what we all do.

Awesomeness, @pixiepost! And maybe instead of Tarot Tuesday, it could be Divination Tuesday (or something like that) & we could all share our readings using whatever form (tarot, oracle, rune, pendulum, etc) we feel like using.

I got #3, swords. To say a bit on this, I don't hurt to leave in the relationship but I am scared some for the unknown and leaving what I know. If it turns up that I can't keep the house where will I go? What are the possibilities and what are the struggles? I know there is help out there and the struggles will be more positive ones compared to the ones now and previous ones. This card is a good reminder to keep moving forward. Things will get better.
