I may not comment, but I do read almost everything I vote for. Once a person has passed my personal exam, I tend to not check too much into whether or not they are committing fraud, scams, plagiarism, spam, etc. The Hivewatchers team and others do a great job at keeping things clean here. But if you ever do come across one, don't forget to report it if it hasn't already and give it the downvote it deserves.
Also very important to know:
Voting for content with rewards up to 15 or more is basically shooting your own foot. I know that it is advertised as 50/50 per vote (50 for the author and 50 for the voter) but that isn't really the case. I myself am staying below the $5 mark in voting. I have received more rewarding this way. I rather see way more posts getting 5-10-15$ than seeing smaller amount of posts getting 50$+. you'll have to do the math and see for yourself.
