Users of the #LIL may have noticed it for a while - the lack of photos of people photographed from the front. On the one hand, this is due to our rules, which state that photos of recognizable people are not allowed to be indexed. On the other hand, it can be problematic from a legal point of view.
There has already been feedback on it from the community and solutions to this problem have been discussed between the LMAC team.
Until we have found a solution for this deficit, I'm now simply going to provide front images of artificial persons (3D modeled) for the #LIL from time to time.

Nutzern der #LIL ist er schon länger aufgefallen - Der Mangel an Fotos von Menschen, die von vorne abgelichtet wurden. Das liegt ja zum einen an unseren Regeln, die besagen, dass Fotos von wieder erkennbaren Personen nicht indiziert werden dürfen. Zum anderen, kann es rechtlich problematisch sein.
Es gab dazu auch schon entsprechendes Feedback aus der Community und Lösungen für dieses Problem wurden schon unter den LMAC-Moderatoren zur Diskussion gestellt.
Bis wir für dieses Defizit eine Lösung gefunden haben, werde ich nun hin und wieder einfach Frontbilder von künstlichen Personen (3D modelliert) für die #LIL zur Verfügung stellen.
What is LIL?
LIL is the abbreviation for "Let's make a collage Image Library". It is an initiative of the LMAC(Let's make a collage) community to build a library of images that can be used as a material source for collages but also for other aspects.
The images in it are contributed by Hive users and automatically indexed by a bot. All images indexed so far can be found on lmac.gallery. They are linked there.

What I like to contribute
The images provided here by me, are all made by myself in Gimp and Blender. And I have not used any non-free materials or technologies for them.
Herewith I make them freely available via the #LIL and hope that someday someone can use them for making an artwork from it or anything else.
I was inspired to make P.P. Longsocks by the TV show Pipi Longstocking (Langstrump), and I wanted to portray her a few years older than she was in the series back then.
She needed a worthy companion for this contribution. So I just created B.Chilly. I'm sure they would have become friends in those days.
Was ich gerne beitragen möchte
Die hier von mir zur Verfügung gestellten Bilder, sind allesamt von mir selbst in Gimp und Blender gemacht. Ich habe dafür keinerlei unfreie Materialien oder Technologien verwendet.
Hiermit stelle ich sie über die #LIL zur freien Verfügung und hoffe, dass sie irgendwann jemand für ein Kunstwerk oder irgend etwas anderes verwenden kann.
Zu P.P. Longsocks hatte mich die TV-Sendung Pipi Langstrumpf inspiriert und ich wollte sie ein paar Jahre älter als damals in der Serie darstellen.
Sie brauchte für diesen Beitrag eine würdige Begleitung. Also erschuf ich B.Chilly. Sie wären sicherlich damals schon Freunde geworden.
