I believe that the historical facts that are happening successively mark the place for a leadership that is not a product of an individual decision, but that the historical facts and the peoples with their ideals of freedom raise the conscience of the people, so that within a great multitude a leader is born, the one who feels the need to take the reins of his people.
I believe that if we were to revive many leaders who have already died and ask them if they chose to live out their last days as martyrs? Surely many of those who read me would say no, and it's because the historical circumstances of repression against the oppressed end up being the energy that raises the consciousness of those who make the decision to take the lead in the destiny of many, they simply have to be leaders and they assumed it as the best of bravery.
Not all the leaders died seeing their struggles and ideals achieved, many simply left a path, a footprint for others to follow, however it is a pity that much of this path, much of this footprint left to serve as a guide many do not know how to assume, and simply spoil the dream of many who did trust in the success of the great original leader.
The world is facing a great problem, which cannot be assumed in a sectorial or individual way, it is necessary that we all be united, in the face of this great difficulty, where the current pandemic, the economic and political crisis that plagues many nations of the world will surely make many people have to assume great leaderships and commitments in defense of the underdogs of the world.
I only hope and have faith that the next leaderships assumed in different parts of the world will be able to take the reins of their peoples, without having to say at the end of the road that despite so much effort and suffering they have had to cultivate in infertile land.
I hope that this short but meaningful analysis, very full of reflection and individual philosophy, will make many people think that it is necessary to evaluate the historical facts of the planet in the last decades, and based on those historical facts begin to assume the great challenges that humanity must assume with unique, brave and genuine leaderships.
Let us all be examples and models to follow, so that the masses of people can feel a leadership that must be assumed as a whole, under a strong sense of belonging and relevance of the historical place we are living and with a projection towards the times to come.
It is important that we continue to make a psychological evaluation of the behavior that humanity as a whole is adapting to based on the new facts that it has had to come to terms with, because we do not know at what point in the future facts that humanity has already lived will be repeated.

STOPA solid read. Many knew and ignored the fact that to lead is more than just to acquire the post of a leader. Being a leader is more or less taking the burden of those who entrusted you to lead them. Selfishness and greediness is the driving spirit of majority toward the title. Totally according to you, leader is the one who directs the destinies of a great mass of people, who trust their destinies to the way of directing of the great leader
The present is made of the past and the future will be made of the present (which in the future will also be past).
It is a basic and natural cycle that is renewed over time.

Certainly there are always lessons learned from various historical events, and as you always say that there are deviations it is important to learn from these deviations, in the case of leadership that has been undertaken by various important actors throughout history it is important to evaluate the case of deviations of new leaders who must undertake such a legacy.
